I highly recommend pc Muzaffarabad. It is one of the scenic and highly maintained hotel with a bunch of hard working people with great hospitality rating from the manager to the lower staff. Tahir sahib is highly welcoming and efficient host. Just one suggestion there should be a swimming pool in the hotel. Highly recommended very peaceful place.

This is the most beautiful, scenic and well maintained Pearl Continental ive seen thus my love for it. Clean and lovely. Not too noisy. Calm and serene. Great food, amazing staff, from the guards to the receptionist, the entire staff extremely courteous, well mannered and will go out of their way to accommodate you.
This place with beautiful lawns and views, feels just like home.

"High Tea" was very good and views from the panoramic picture window stunning. The wooden ceiling creates a great ambience. The fly in the ointment was that one is expected to pay more when choosing coffee instead of tea.

If you want to stay in luxurious style with poor food then it is best place. Excellent ambiance, nice service and staff but food is below average. Went for hi-tea and was really disappointed. Not much items and most of items were not fresh.

Although it falls a little short of the Pearl Continental service standard, PC Muzaffarabad has a magnificent location, a beautiful hotel and overall infrastructure is upto the Pearl Continental standard. However they are understaffed that often causes delay in service delivery. Still the staff that is on site is courteous, hardworking and fully cooperative. The overall service satisfaction and benefit is boosted by the the decrease in cost as compare to their other locations. Cost to benefit ratio is high and I would say that in the vicinity there is not better option for this price.

Pearl Continental Hotel, Muzaffarabad is one of the best Hotels in Muzaffarabad and Azad Kashmir. Its located on the top mountain of Upper Chatter, which makes its beauty amazing. The full view of Muzaffarabad from PC Hotel is amazing… There are special offers and well furnished rooms for tourists.

A beautiful and a very hospitable place located atop a mountain top. Have no words for its beauty and awesome views from all the rooms. As for the service, I would have given 10 stars if possible… simply put, each and every member of the staff knows how to take care and make their guests feel special and at home… awesome and fantabulous experience with PC Muzaffarabad… Worth spending each and every penny… HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Quiet regular visitor of PC Muzaffarabad. But a day before Yesterday, Experienced there Tai Pan buffet Dinner for the first time and really disappointed. Food was fare enough but the sitting area is just in pathetic condition, their cooling system even didn't working and on asking every time staff replied Sir "it is working" even I show him my forhead sweat and another staff member replied Sir "So many people that's why it is like this" which is also not true. Being an Engineer I know very well that cooling system (HVAC) always designed on full capacity and taking all such factors in mind. So in such environment, didn't enjoy food as well. So no value for money at the end.
Purpose of Writing such post is to ask the management for improvement.
(Visited yesteday for Continetal Buffet Dinner which is very good, and highly recommended. )

The hotel is 5 star. I am a long time regular visitor of Pearl Continental. This time experience at Muzaffarabad PC was average. Dining was good — however, housekeeping services needs improvement. I requested for Tea kettle and I think it was very impolite from the manager to refuse for the kettle.

Good location and all view of city Muzafarabad. High tea is good. You can spend more time in photogenic views. Kids play area need some attention.

As always located at the possible place. It overlooks three vales and is stunning. The food is alright but the architecture takes the centre stage.

Surprisingly, the hotel despite not occupying a very big space has all facilities equal to 4 star hotel. Rooms are comfy and views are amazing. I had a sumptuous dinner at one of the restaurants and in the morning complementary breakfast with lot of variety added to my stay. Although they have charging plug in the room but could only charge one gadget at one time. Internet speed was also unsatisfactory.

Great stay! Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms, Quite, Loved the gym Stayed here in February 2017 for the first time and was given their best room. The hotel staff knew me by my name which was nice. They gave a lot of complimentary food directly into our hotel room which was amazing. Never had that experience. The food was great, clean hotel, professional staff, all spoke very good English. Gym was very nice too. It kind of took me by surprise at all the equipment they had in there. If I could have them change one thing; that'd be they should give discounts to repeated customers. I contacted the hotel via email as I want to stay there again but there is no chance of discounts here. Otherwise it is def a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately; we have to look at our pockets too and customer loyalty should be number 1 for Hotel Management; so I chose to give it 4 stars.

Superb views, good place to hangout when you are nearby! Outdoor children play area, including mini archery range, pallet guns, and air cousins. Recommend: Beef Stroganoff (sauce containing beef chunks served with white rice)

Best place to stay in Muzaffarabad. The hotel is situated on a hill top given it a very scenic view of city and rivers nearby. Adequate green lawns. The restaurant in the lobby also has a nice view with large windows.

PC Muzaffarabad is scenically located aloft the mountain with beautiful view of the city across specially at night. Its a well constructed site with a lot of use of wood in the ceilings which gives it a touch above and mixes the indigenous culture with its architecture. Rooms are spacious with beautiful window views, food is good, room service is good and overall ambiance and environment makes it worth every penny, specially when u drive 4-5 hours and then retire in the comfortable space. Would strongly recommend everyone to stay here whenever they get a chance to visit Muzaffarabad.

But it's all worth every penny for the view and the ambiance of their Marco Polo restaurant. Architecture is really impressive. Wish they had more customers but again I was there in Jan which is an off season in this part of the world. They could do better with some better artists for live music, it's volume is too loud and it's hard to have a normal conversation.

Wonderful experience. I stayed here with my family. They all enjoyed their stay here a lot. This is one perfect place for spending holiday and sight seeing. Strongly recommend. I forgot to mention the staff very well manned and the food excellent.

Excellent environment, tasty food, reasonable price. A place worth visiting. Perhaps the best architecture of all Pearl Continental hotels of Pakistan.

Good ambience, courteous staff, good food. You can have trout fish here at a very reasonable price. An expensive accomodation though.

Best place to stay for couple and family. Nice atmosphere. All facilities and nice staff. Great view. Awesome rooms and tasty food. Perfect place for vacations.

We stayed there for 2 nights it a very beautiful hotel neat and clean the rooms with a very good view of muzzafarbad better than I excepted we were having Internet Issue in the room they fixed the problem very quickly. They a small gym and some games however they need to add swimming pool and Jacuzzi and also they need to add more restaurants as the choices are very limited but the breakfast was very good which you can have with a beautiful view of Muzaffarabad.

Love the location… great rooms but slow service.

If anyone of you wants a peace of mind then this is the place to be. My second time here. The previous visit was in 2015. Terrific ambience. Outstanding hospitality. Marco Polo and Tai pan serve sumptuous food and the staff is very friendly. In my opinion this is the best PC hotel's chain property. The scenic beauty from the massive garden furthers cheers up the mood. This place is a must visit.

It was a great experience visiting this posh hotel. Especially, the buffet was really great as it included a large range of dishes. The garden was really beautiful and great for walks nad it had may pretty fountains.

One of the best restaurant view's in Pakistan. At night you can see the whole city from the restaurant area of this hotel. Good service. Food quality is not the best and buffet food can be cold. Great art on the walls and live singing sometimes. Singer even takes requests.

Good hotel perched up on a small hill surrounded by mountains. Great location and views. Polite staff but inefficient! Have to keep asking for things repeatedly! Food was average at best!

Wonderful view. Splendid high tea. Good atmosphere though the life performance was unbearable had a wonderful time.

Above all it has the perfect location and scenery. Has an awesome view of the valley both at night and in early morning. Services are good and rooms are neat and clean.

First of all I want to tell you that its location on Google map is wrong. It is very nice location. Surrounded with mountains. Room service is good. Neat and Clean rooms. Quick room service. Restaurants food is delicious with quick service and beautiful scenes. Very cooperative staff.

Beautiful location, wonderful lawns. You can get the best views of muzaffarabad from here. Lot of room for improvement I'm food department though. Some other things like in room amenities can be improved. Staff is helpful. Swimming pool is not there yet but as per them, planned to be constructed soon.

We were a party of 15 people who stopped at PC Muzzafrabad for hi-tea. Within 4-5 hours of the meal, we all became severely sick. All night everyone had severe vomiting and diarrhoea and it took more then 24 hours for us to recover. It was the only place we had stopped to eat on our way back to Islamabad and did not worry about what we were eating or drinking since it was at PC.

Excellent place to stay and explore Valley. Verry helpful staff with excellent Customer care.

High tea has different menus on different days. Some times good items. Service needs to improve a lot. At times very long waiting time after placing an order.

It was a good stay… enjoyed the view of room overlooking the entire city.

I ordered fulldone (welldone) chicken steaks … But they serve less than halfdone … That feel me embaraced in front of my guest plus pizza was not baked good half of it bread was not cooked n seems to be raw pizza, … Time between Order time and delivery was much more … No guidance during delivery …

This hotel is allegedly a 5* hotel. The level of service received was not even of 2 *hotel service. upon checking in the reception staff were fine. room service is appalling you have to call several times to get the simplest of items such has toothbrush slippers. I ordered breakfast for 3 people. What we got was breakfast for one having waited 40 mins. We went down at 10.30 am the cut off time for breakfast. but breakfast had already been wrapped up before then. Your room if you want it made call 6 times then you might get somewhere. charging 5 star providing 2 star service. above all family hotel that is catering for 3 guys and one girl to be checked in a room. very bad level of service. Means you can be surrounded by a prostitute in this environment. won't be checking in again.

A Nice and only facility in the AJK capital city so far to have all in one place.
