Wonderful ambience, good quality food & kids play area. Quality of some food items & kids play needs some improvement though. Fish & Dhaka chicken must be made part of Hi tea menu please.

Deep in the woods it’s one decent place to stay and enjoy nature with family.

I went to PC Bhurban on a school trip and I had a good experience there. The view is beautiful and the staff was very kind, even though the service was very very slow.
There was especially this one staff member Ikhlaas who came to check on us twice a day to see if we needed anything. The food was not up to the mark.

Beautiful location, welcoming staff and very serene. The food however sucks. We were late for lunch so had opted for hi tea. While the variety was great, nearly every item was bland. Some items one couldn’t had a second bite, for example chicken wings. The entire staff including can be rated high.

Excellent stay at P. C Bhurbhan with family, the staff there is highly co-operative and takes care of it's guest 24/7, Mr Waseem Shah at the reception was very prompt and made sure we had a speedy check in and changed my room to a valley view room on 3rd floor without any delay on single request. The 3rd floor supervisor Mr Naseer Baig made sure that our room was always clean, we never had to call the house-keeping, instead Mr Naseer was always on the floor to assist us in th…at matter, also he knows how to make towel art. Mr Ikhlas was assigned the duty to make-up our room, he is a very humble man, and made sure that our room was cleaned properly and amenities were always topped up regularly. The complimentary breakfast was like always excellent, with Mr Naveed Ahmed (waiter) taking good care of us always. Our dinner was usually Buffet at Nadia Restaurant where Mr Muhammad Faraz (waiter) made sure that we were always attended to. Overall an excellent stay, and looking forward to come back over and over again.

A place worth-visiting. Luxury, comfort and quality and services are the basics. Lawns, play areas, restaurants, kids fun area, bedrooms, lobby, lounges, all are fabulous. Clean n well maintained. You find yourself surrounded by their staff in case of some need. Room rent is around Rs. 18, 000. Dinner buffet is quite expensive but of diverse variety n taste. One person cost around 3000 including tax, likewise room service n laundry is also expensive because of huge taxes. Bedroom is wide and spacious, well decorated, comfortable bedding and nice interior make it a fun living. Very soft n comfortable pillows n bed. It's always important to get good bedding for peaceful sleep n I found myself happy there. Overall a place where you enjoy your time.

This so beautifully located hotel with serene mountains and Valley in Murree Hills. You would really enjoy good stay and food. Though the PC (Pearl Continental) Hotel is well well designed and constructed, but over the period of years it has started to deteriorate and services have declined to an unacceptable levels. You wont expect that level of services from PC anywhere in the world. Management shall completely revamp and refurnish the hotel. The price you pay for staying is not justified in any manner.

In one word, I would say it "simply pathetic". Staff is not professionally trained all (including both the restaurant and housekeeping). Rooms need long awaited renovation. I was astonished to see that even the crockery (including spoons) was not washed properly. I stayed there for 5 days and just came back yesterday and unfortunately every time I ate in Nadia restaurant, I had to ask the waiters to change the spoons as they always provided dirty spoons. Both room and restaurant rates are too high compared to the services received. They are just cashing their name and sole presence in that area. This is a hospitality industry and therefore, hospitality should come first. Was very much disappointed this time.

Not a five star place but still a good place to crash for a few days. The building is beautiful and it offers a good service. Some sights are beautiful. Visiting during the Winters would offer best experience.

Beautiful scenic hill top resort with all basic amenities of a 5 star hotel. A bit out dated and in need of an upgrade. But that is not why you visit this place. Quality restaurants, indoor activities club, snooker etc. Out door activities such as Swimming Pool, tennis court, an open air music theatre with regular music nights. If budget is not an issue. You must enjoy serenity in the soothingly peaceful fresh air offered here for a couple of days at least.

Pearl Continental Hotel is situated at very good place and the hotel is having all the facilities for the guests. You will have view of valley and snow covered hill tops of Kashmir from here. The rooms and lobbies are lavish for the people and the food quality is also very good. I always enjoy my stay over there and recommend you to visit once in life to have good dinning experience.

Pearl Continental Hotel is very refreshing place and situated at such place where you can view the valley and snow covered mountains of Kashmir. It is categorized as 4 Star hotel and they are offering all the services. I always enjoy my stay over there and this really refresh the person. Their services are good but still need improvements to make it world class hotel and first choice for travellers.

Overall experience was good. It's a little expensive but still worth it. You are basically paying for the view. Rooms and hotel's interior feels a bit old too. I first visited this hotel is 2005 and they didn't do any major renovation since then. Dinner options are also very limited if you don't fancy a boufet.

Situated about 9 kilometers from Murree, Bhurban is a small town. The main feature of this beautiful hilly town is the presence of the magnificent Pearl Continental Hotel. This 5-star hotel provides some of the best views and is surely a pretty good place to spend your vacations.

Really good hotel that's maintained very well and had beautiful views from the gallery. The rooms were spacious and the washroom very clean. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of the hotel with great food and an amazing view from the sun room. The trail in the back is challenging but fun. The pool is not maintained and not advisable to swim in it. There is a local restaurant and general store outside the hotel grounds that can be helpful for the later hours or supplies. There is heavy security at the hotel but the staff are very professional and helpful. It is one of the best hotels in Pakistan and really good place to enjoy the holidays.

Nice hotel location… great team… beautiful how of the hills… Nice outdoor kids play area… Nice pool… but too Slow in getting rooms ready for check in… check in process paperwork wise is too slow as well… no carpets in rooms and considering weather the floor is too cold to walk on bare feet. Restaurant food is awesome and buffets great value for money… reasonable rates if u can keep an eye on them.

Excellent atmosphere, amazing location. Prices are a bit high but they are worth it. They have beautiful pools and outside area. Best place to spend weekend with family. You can access several spots from here.

Beautiful views. 5 star unforgettable pleasant experience. What a great place on the mountains. Staff was very professional. Had a hi tea there, variety of food was available and all the items were very delicious. Will visit this place again & again and recommend others to visit it once in your life.

The standards have dropped drastically unfortunately. The rooms were subpar with the heating/cooling was controlled by the hotel (it could only operate heating or cooling depending on the season). The breakfast was a joke. In a region littered with fresh fruits, the hotel serves canned fruits (including the syrup). Servers see hotel guests as cash cows and expect a tip at every turn. The experience was definitely not worth the ~$250/night we paid. In fact, we cut our weekend trip short by a night and escaped to Islamabad.

It's constructed good, rooms are good. Training halls, View are goods but had very bad experience with hotel services including the front desk and room service. They only thing they care about is Money. They want to sell you everything. Worst ever PC hostel in all Pakistan as per their service standards.

Pearl continental hotel Bhurban has no competition in Bhurban. In a country like Pakistan when there is no competition for a company or business in a specific place it will try it's best to give you as much of an illusion as possible of being great while it focuses on emptying your pockets. Frankly PC Bhurban's rooms and facilities (gym etc. ) are deteriorating by the week and the words renovation and maintenance are strangers to them. Also avoid drinking juices at all costs and it's better if you have lunch and dinner elsewhere.

Picturesque place, lots of greenery, pleasant view from the terrace cafeteria, and a relaxing ambience in the hotel. Overall a memorable experience. There are other restaurants as well offering Chinese and Pakistani cuisine. The environment and security arrangements are great as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

It's a good luxury hotel in this area. The hotel itself has a beautiful and well maintained garden, good for an evening walk. It also has a small swimming pool. The food is just ok don't expect extra ordinary taste. The hotel also has a cinema but I don't think it's the place to watch a movie.

A very nice option when you planning to stay in Bhurban with family. Its Expensive for middle class people. However very safe, calm and beautiful place to spend vacations. This particular Pearl Continental hotel has little compromises as compared to its sister branches of Lahore but still worth paying a visit and living. Its a bit far from Murree Mall Road but if you have good car then no Problem.

They have maintained an old building really well. Came back after 20 years. Have upgraded their facilities with the latest amenities and average gym and sauna facilities. Foods pretty great though. 7 out of 10 for value for money.

Entry fee is Pakistan Rs. 1000 per person which can be adjusted in the food you have to take in the internal restaurant. Very well managed in terms of beauty and cleanliness. Food quality is not excellent. It's perhaps one of the most expensive hotels in Pakistan. High security checks. Mostly over crowded, especially during summer season due to the colder weather.

Good and romantic place, must go with your partner. This place really pays you and you will love your stay there. The best thing at this hotel is the views of valley where you may spend hours to watch nature. Jungle Hut gives another exciting experience of dinning. You may also go for hiking on the well build track. Nadia allows you to have breakfast or dinner with beautiful view of valley and snow covered hill tops of Kashmir. Overall its a good experience to spend time over there.

Spent 4 days and 3 nights here. Beautiful weather with heavy snowfall. Loved the weather and scenery. Room was excellent. A star I removed dye to crappy food and little arrogant behavior of the staff. Room key malfunction is a norm. You have to go all the way back to reception to recharge the key several times a day. Overall it was fun being at PC Bhurban.

Nice hotel with good views and a serene hiking track. The main dining hall has limited options in lunch buffet, often with mediocre taste. It might be because they try to make pakistani food with minimum spice to make it more palatable for foreigners. I found their buffet dishes taste not impressive. The terrace restaurant offers fast food & steaks which are better in taste as well as presentation.

Looking for a weekend get away this is the place to do it. This resort has everything you will need from a true Thai massage center (she is from Thailand) and is AMAZING, to great restaurants and service. The grounds are kept remarkably well, flowers, fountains and trails will lead you on nice tranquil walk. The hospitality is top notch, everyone welcomes you with a smile and service is top notch. Would highly recommend this resort!

It is perhaps one of the best places in Pakistan to have a luxury time. PC Bhuban is ideal place for honey moons and brain storming sessions. Quiet, cool great place great weather. It has a good walking track. Walking in winter season gives very different experience. In summer season it is usually very crowded place.

Having just checked in, we're debating checking out immediately as the place is shockingly disgusting! PC Hotels should be embarrassed at having a hotel of this diabolical state in their assets! It is old, dirty, unhygienic, bed linens have dirty yellow marks on them as tho' it's been pee'd upon! This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel! I've seen better motels and cleaner by the roadside in the northern areas that we've just come from! Even 1-star is being generous! And this room is supposed to be a deluxe room as we complained about the first room which was even worse! Having spent the last three nights in PC Muzzafarabad, at half the price per night, that was a decent hotel! This one in Bhurban is terribly bad! A waste of money! On top of that I had to wait 15 mins to check-in. So called 5-star service… By far the worst hotel experience we've had in so called "luxury" hotels of Pakistan.

Frankly I dont think its not worth the money at all. The building and facilities are being used extensively and are therefore wearing out requiring major revamps. Plus the hotel mangement is very commercial and are looking to charge you for almost everything. I came in here from PC Muzaffarabad and found a significant deterioration in customer services over here. The staff at Bhurban can be much more friendly and cooperative. You can get much more value for your money elsewhere and I would not recommend anyone to stay at PC Bhurban.

Its a great 5 star hotel… service was good but rooms were small… they have good breakfast which was complimentary… its location is outstanding… there was also a music night in amphi theater…

The views are breathtaking, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service was great and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The food was delicious. Would definitely book again next time. 10/10

Really good experience to stay at Pearl Continental, Bhurban. Room are good and decently furnished, well cleaned and equipped with all needs. Comfortable and well controlled atmosphere. Excellent scenery all around. Food quality and taste need to be improved as much of the dishes were tasteless in both the restaurants, I think they don't have any experienced chefs with them.

It is nearly the Best place located in Murree Bhurban side. Everything was maintained nicely and the washrooms were clean and tidy. The food was amazing! I would obviously recommend PC! Do come here and make your days memorable!

Awesome Hotel in Murree, beautiful location, I visited there in my school trip of 9th class in 2001 approx, having lunch there & enjoyed a lot with classfellows ☺

A very good place with good food and a nice ambiance. 200 per tax. 500 entry fee but that is adjustable. The surroundings view is not that good as PC Muzafarabad.

Very beautiful. Luxurious and artistically built hotel, nice views, open air activities, good restaurants and pools. Expensive though.

Being a 5* hotel means everything is really 5*. This includes the facility itself, the food, the service etc. But that doesn't really fit-in to PC hotels. If you visit the outdoor area of PC Bhurban you will see that it needs a lot of maintenance & repairing especially the kids area on the pool side & the sports area as well. This is a big disappointment. Entry to the hotel is pre-paid @ Rs. 500 per person that you can adjust anywhere in the country in your bill if you don't intend to spend a penny in Bhurban PC. However, I & my husband we had a buffet lunch that was a disaster. Less variety, very high price, very few & tasteless menu items for a 5* hotel buffet. We couldnot satisfy our hunger & left the place. The only thing I loved in Bhurban PC was the mountain top view that was extremely beautiful & added a flavour to the trip. Rest, if you want to throw in your money at a luxurious trip then go for it :)

A very beautiful place to spend peaceful holidays. The place looks more attractive in winter. In snow it becomes a fairyland. Great food nice staff safe and cool place of locals and foreigners.

Overall my experience at PC Bhurban was favourable although there were quite a few areas that needed improvement. Prior to leaving for Bhurban I had called the hotel and they had assured me that they had plenty of rooms available. After reaching the hotel the next day, the people at the reception informed me that valley-facing rooms were all booked. After discussing with them at length, and asking for a free upgrade, a standard valley-facing room magically became available. The reception staff in general needs to improve their attitude. Room-service was also generally slow and had to be called more than once. The valley view is very nice and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The rooms are very clean and maintain the PC quality. The included breakfast buffet was also good, and the dining choices are sufficient.

What a beautiful hotel this is I always enjoy there best place for visitors.

Food quality is excellent, with a great view, outdoor activities for kids especially horse riding. The white horse we got was called Neelam, and se was very friendly and gentle with children. Hiking trail is my favorite. It is crowded in Summers with poor room service as a consequence of under-staffing and over-work. Ranking for summers is a generous 3-stars. But, winter are a truly different affair. In winters, every one is relaxed, with a smile in their face.

Hotel is too old. Need to spend money on floor tiles, heating system, plumbing work, insects inside rooms, mattresses are worn out, no jacuzzi, there is no conditioned pool. Outdoor pool is a stupidity at this altitude. It's only a 3 star. Room service is lazy…

A great effort for providing world class food and services at a place where everything must be brought from Islamabad. My family loves the hiking trail. Picturesque and classy. If you've got the dough, this is the place to use it.

A vastly over-rated hotel. Service in summers is very slow. Room service took 45 minutes to deliver our coffee. Hotel is overcrowded during summers.

Inspite of the reason that management has massive experience in hospitality and hotel management yet the concerned hàve in the passage of time, recessed towards decline hence the the only reason why people visit is there is yet to be a competeter here. Stay in hotel has comfort of three star while location award her further stars that highlights as five stars other wise reality conceals image as no more than 3 star and a head to toe audit by a certified international auditors would definitely reveal and validate my words. While writing my view, iam still experiencing the so called dine in and residence in Room and 307 with spending hundred and thousands as lacs over my family to let them enjoy resort peacefully yet it is regrettfully put up that the resident here enjoy less whereas aliens as outsiders actually ride and roll around dominantly. This is really a teasing and torturing phenomena for it seems as if this place has no importance for their inn house members and what they want is a money and roll of day visitors so to run their earn from restàurants. I think Mr. Hashwani would definitely love to have a critic feedback that actually endorses the real shape of hospitality being in circulation at their most exotic hotel in Bhurbun.

Place is excellent but unfortunately food taste is very bad and small size.

I went there as part of my honeymoon (as might be the case for most). Location is god gifted and it is undoubtedly really beautiful. Yet, I won't rate it 5 star (despite PC is a 5-star hotel) because of not so good food. While stepping in PC and paying before you enter, you do keep expectation to have mighty food and unforgettable taste for the same dish you had elsewhere — or for a new try. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case with me. Even Chowmein did not appear tempting to me and so was taste. The dish had 1 nice black hair as free of cost topping — this was a proof the Chef wasn't bald.

Loved the place. Easy to navigate through despite being huge. The food here need improvement. I always got an upset tummy after eating here. Tai Pan was great but the serving sizes were too small. Overall, it's an amazing place to stay.

A little overpriced because of the locations and view of hills but overall a very good hotel/recreation spot. Although there is not much to do around sadly.
