It was not a good experience during my three nights stay.
No cleaning of the room.
No change of towel.
No change of bed sheet.
Poor quality of food E high prices.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The accommodations were uncomfortable, with unclean rooms, and the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Considering the high price, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and there are much better alternatives available in the area.

WHAT AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
AC doesn’t work here we complained ten times but staff doesn’t bother to fix it.
Blankets are smelly and carpets in room are full of dust.
I don’t know how I survived here but what a nightmare with sweating all night with generators noise.
I thought this hotel will be good because owned by well know hotel brand Pearl Continental.
But this hotel was some old building and they just renovated it.
Please don’t come here if you love your hard earned money. Charging 20k per night.

0/5 — Disappointing Experience at Hotel One Karachi.
I recently stayed at Hotel One Karachi and was thoroughly disappointed. The service was subpar, with several issues:
— Non-functional AC made the room unbearable.
— Unpleasant odors in the room were overwhelming.
— Outdated and unclean washrooms were unacceptable.
— Lift malfunctioned multiple times, leaving me stuck for 15 minutes or more on several occasions.
— Washroom shower and Muslim shower were also not working.
The stay was a complete waste of money, and I couldn't even get a good rest. I would not recommend Hotel One Karachi to anyone.
Avoid the stress and disappointment — choose another hotel!

Stayed at Hotel One RYK and it's amazing but worst experience at Karachi. Very old building, smelly rooms and comforters. Water drainage issues, all tap with hot water, change room twice, tea took atleast one hour to reach at room and What else is remaining. Totally waste of money.

As a deeply disappointed and frustrated customer, I must express my outrage at the appalling experience I endured during my stay. The room and all related services were nothing short of pathetic. It was shocking to witness such disregard for basic hospitality. The management not only failed to address the issues but seemed entirely indifferent to rectifying them or ensuring guest satisfaction.
The experience felt like booking a rundown local hotel in Murree, where you're charged upfront and then abandoned to deal with subpar conditions. Requests for essential items like toiletries were met with dismissive replies such as, "The product is not available, " or excuses about supply shortages. Things took a turn for the worse when the shower didn’t work. Instead of fixing the problem, they stubbornly handed over a shabby bucket and mug, leaving guests to fend for themselves in the most humiliating way.
What makes this experience even more infuriating is Hotel One’s management's apparent lack of oversight. It is their responsibility to ensure that their franchises maintain the high standards expected of their brand. Unfortunately, many customers like myself are unaware that these are franchises and end up associating this dismal experience with the Hotel One name itself. Such negligence damages the trust and reputation of the brand, leaving loyal customers disappointed and vowing never to return.

Location is on a link road which sometimes has congestion, the rooms have a low ceiling, one can touch the roof while standing on beds. The house help and staff is lethargic as well. They r reluctant to provide complimentary essentials.

I went there with high expectations and came back utterly disappointed. The bathroom was in the worst possible condition. No one had bothered to clean it. The management needs to take notice of this. The manager kept on apologizing. I just walked out. Waste of money.

Small Room and wash rooms (renovated), Break fast also not as per standards only omelette and fry eggs with paratha, food taste not good, services not as per their charges. Need to much improvements.
Even tissues also not available in Rooms.

Very poor service. AC of the room wasn't working. We stayed there for 2 nights.
No variety in breakfast. Just Omelette and paratha.
On top of that they don't have basic stuff in tea bar.

Actually now I am in 508. Opinion of mine they Should offer some more adult services like ramada or avari 😂😂 well overall excellent staff service cleaning luxury very good experience every time all staff gives respect and service accuracy is notable.

Complementary breakfast includes only Aalo Burji, anda paratha… this is not what you expected from a reputed hotel (on paper)

Worst Hotel Experience.
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE MESSAGE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Instead book a local guesthouse, blv me it would be hundred times better, I don't need to go into details bcz the reviews are over flooded with the grim details.

I have traveled extensively across Pakistan, but I have never encountered such an appalling excuse for a hotel, especially one that claims to be 3 stars and operates under the PC brand. The staff's response, whether from the kitchen or room service, was abysmal. The rooms are shockingly small, and the washrooms are the tiniest I've ever seen, with most basic amenities either broken or non-existent. Believe it or not, the washroom exhaust was completely non-functional, leaving the entire room reeking like a public restroom. The kitchen service is absolutely dreadful, and to make matters worse, there isn't a single nearby hotel where you can escape to for a decent meal. PC seriously needs to reconsider associating their name with this disgraceful establishment and revoke any honor they've granted it.

I am hoteling in Pakistan since thirteen years, by far the worst house keeping, room service experience in this hotel. Nobody cares, I am still here for tonight. Would never recommend this hotel even to an enemy. If I called housekeeping they will come after an hour or even more, I ordered my dinner and after 45 minutes when I inquired about my order they responded that we have not received any order from you. They wasted 3 hours of mine today. Sleeping hungry tonight because there is nothing nearby to go and eat. They are not even embarrassed or sorry for the worst experience they have provided me. It's about culture not one off bad moment, they have non courteous culture and it's sad to witness a 3 star hotel in such condition.

Our experience at Hotel one was subpar at best. Rooms were extremely small with few amenities, electric outlet plugs weren’t working, hot water kettle wasn’t working.
While the room service & house keeping always attended our calls, it would’ve been appreciated if they cleaned the rooms on time & proactively provided basic things like tissue papers & tea bags without us having to ask them several times.
Breakfast was a horror with minimal food to choose from, I had to once wait for a clean plate for 10 mins.
Room service staff had a lazy attitude with no sense of responsibility to serve us or make our stay a comfortable one.
