Polite staff, Owner was present himself, very highly educated, staff provides service that is greatest, highly recommend.

Very nice place in central area of karachi city, Public transport and restaurant are available here.

Extremely bad service, breakfast is pathetic and incomplete. Very poor staff, not recommended.

Comfort hotel in town and staff are more cooperative and clean environment.

The hotel is quite outdated and in serious need of renovation. The furniture and overall interior are very old and worn out, which affects the comfort level of the stay.
The air conditioner was also outdated — even when set to 16°C, the room still felt like 30°C. It clearly wasn’t functioning properly, which was especially frustrating during the hot weather.
To make things worse, there was no mini-fridge in the room. In the summer, having access to cold water is essential, but the hotel doesn’t even provide complimentary cold water. Instead, guests are forced to buy new bottles from them — and not even good quality ones. They were charging PKR 150 for local water that tasted bad. For many guests, it’s not about the money, but the quality, and this was disappointing.
A word of advice: avoid visiting the kitchen if you want to keep your appetite. I didn’t take photos of the kitchen, sofas, or furniture — otherwise, I would have added them here to show the condition.

To arrange a family trip with middle budget, it is suitable place.
I from Srilanka stayed for four days it was peaceful environment.

I have stayed here for many days several times, it has always been good experience, from staff to owner, they value their customer…
Other best thing is masjid is wall to wall, so you can join your prayer with jamaat.
No issue with power shortage, they have stand by generators, and their food is also really nice.
All the complaints are entertained right away.

I recently stayed at luxury inn and what an experience I had with the cockroaches. I walked in the room and immediately saw a cockroach on the wall but ignored it. But when I went into the bathroom it was a nightmare. Where ever you go the room had so many cockroaches and when we told the management they said that your room is close to the kitchen which is why the room had so many cockroaches but as said by the owner he has studied from abroad and does not know that cleanliness matters the most in any hotel. The bed was not okay and was making so many sounds and I thought I could fall off any moment. The room was so dirty and the things were all rusted. This was the worst experience ever and the owner does not listen to complaints to improve and just apologises to make the customer feel bad. The management does not know how to deal with the customers and have to ask the owner for every small thing. I would not even give a single star to their hotel.
Hope they try and improve so other customers do not have such an experience.

One of the best place to stay in Karachi. I have been staying there for the 3rd time and now booked it for a whole month. Reason being the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in terms of being well-stocked with basic amenities (clean towels, tissue box and rolls, soap, shampoo etc). I must mention about the management and staff they are very cooperative, responsive and available 24/7. Quality of food served in breakfast and Sehri is freshly cooked and served on time. Really an amazing place felt like home. Worth paying and staying. Highly Recommended!

The rooms were in good condition and available on reasonable rates but the service was not upto the mark, hidden charges were alot, they were even charging for empty extra plates.

One of the best place to stay it's location is very accommodating and the environment here is really friendly I would like u to recommend you to go and stay at this place in Karachi it is great and enjoyable.

The food tasty and clearly prepared by an Pakastani master cook. Sister on front desk, the men attending our needs and Zeeshan in reception (along with owner), excellent.
Ask for car with driver… terrific. Bed very comfortable. Value.

This hotel is great as a space if you going with small family, its in the center of city, compared the price from others its better if you looking for normal stay, but the only issue is there is not super clean, you will going to find roaches even inside the fridge. All basic facilities are included sometimes the operator forget that you placed the order and then you will need to remind them. It is safe to stay there but make sure you have your eyes open.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The staff that work in the hotel are very warm and friendly but my particular thanks has to go to the owned and his family who couldn’t have been more kind and hospitable throughout. Do take a few minutes to talk to the owner and learn about his fascinating life story and recommendations of things to see and do in Karachi. I will certainly return if I am back in town.
