Their staff literally harassed me and my family. They have staff from interior sindh who will either harass you or keep asking you for tip. Also the guy on the counter is extremely unprofessional. The rooms are below average and the bathroom usually run out of water and are dirty. One more thing, the staff usually listen to your private conversation outside of our room by standing right next to door. And then they run away when you come to open the door.

I booked a room at a decent price, but the experience was far from what was advertised.
The pictures shown on the hotel’s website were completely misleading — the actual room was a 180° flip from what I expected.
I arrived at the hotel around 2 AM, and initially, they denied that I had any booking.
After showing them proof from Booking. Com, they still insisted on charging extra taxes, even though the booking clearly stated that taxes were included. I had no choice but to pay, given the time and situation.
Then, they demanded more money in cash. I explained I could only pay online, but the staff member on duty tried to pressure me for additional payment — it felt like a scam and blackmail attempt.
Once I entered the room, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life.
The mattress felt like it was made of concrete, the pillows were terrible, no lights were working, and none of the charging sockets functioned.
I couldn’t sleep all night and just waited for the sun to rise, as it didn’t feel safe to leave or switch hotels at that hour.
In the morning, when I asked to change the room or hotel, they again tried to scam me over taxes. I said I’d pay if they provided receipts — which they refused.

Not recommended. Definitely not a safe or trustworthy place.

Lover friend guest house services were amazing! I stayed in here 3 nights and I found them professional, kind, and very much honest. Mr Noman was regularly was assisting us if we need anything.

The hotel is so clean and not smell. The cleaners is so kind person. Wellorganize and service was good. Its comportable.

Old fashioned style hotel in the Tariq Road area, a classic Karachi 60's vibe rooms that are a secure and highly valuable option in the hard to choose and quite often mediocre and overpriced competitors. Not exactly the modern choice, but the architecture and the whole retro classic cinematographic feeling in a local and popular area makes it like back in history. A special mention to the receptionist, once you got through the regular examination to register and check in, adds a lovely careful exquisite touch.

Rooms was good, management staff was also good. But location of this hotel is hard to find as it is located in residential area.

Modest Hotel with easy access to Tariq road. Can be improved with a little renovation. The staff was nice and didn't make false claims i. E. Straight forward and kept their promise.
