Our stay at Hamsun on Shahrah-e-Faisal was truly exceptional. The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of Karachi, making it incredibly convenient to access nearby restaurants, cafés, shopping areas, and major landmarks. Places like Tariq Road, Saddar, and other key parts of the city are just a few minutes’ drive away, which made getting around effortless.
What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful gesture from the team, who beautifully arranged a surprise room décor to celebrate our honeymoon as newlyweds. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued and welcomed.
The staff were well-organized, courteous, and always ready to help. The property is an excellent choice for families as well, offering a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. Every little detail reflected the team’s commitment to creating a memorable guest experience. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying here again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Hamsun Shahrah-e-Faisal for three nights, and it was an excellent experience for several reasons. This was my second stay within a year, and once again, the level of hospitality exceeded my expectations.
The staff were exceptionally professional, responsive, and always available whenever assistance was needed. From the moment I arrived for check-in, I was greeted with warmth and courtesy. During this visit, Mr. Mehdi Hassan and Mr. Aun Abbas from the front office stood out for their welcoming attitude and outstanding customer service, making the entire stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The dining experience was equally impressive. Ms. Umama, the restaurant's front-line manager, warmly welcomed my wife and me and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. She took the time to explain the available options and provided excellent recommendations. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to guest satisfaction make her an asset to the organization.
Another major advantage of Hamsun Shahrah-e-Faisal is its excellent location. It is strategically situated, making it convenient to travel to different parts of Karachi within a reasonable time, which greatly enhanced the overall convenience of my trip.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hamsun Suites in Karachi, and as a repeat customer, I can confidently say they never disappoint. This time, I even brought my sister along, and she loved the experience just as much as I did.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, respectful, and genuinely friendly. They’re not only professional but also funny and very approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.
What truly stood out for me was their excellent customer service, especially the level of respect, care, and professionalism shown towards female guests. It created a very safe and welcoming environment, which I deeply appreciated.
The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. The food was absolutely amazing — always fresh and delicious — and the team was incredibly accommodating, even fulfilling last-minute sehri requests without hesitation.
They also offer great additional services like washing, steaming, and ironing clothes, which made everything so convenient. The café was another highlight — perfect for coffee, tea, croissants, and more.
A special mention to how helpful they were in arranging transportation for us as well — everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
The atmosphere is peaceful, secure, and perfect for both relaxation and convenience, with a great location in Karachi.

I have stayed at Hamsun number of times over the last one year and it has become a place of choice for me. Great location at the heart of the city provided easy access to any part of the city. The staff and management are very supportive and accommodating to facilitate the guests. The management is also very receptive to the feedback as a number of times my feedback has been incorporated in my next visit. Staff is very friendly and always available to help. I would strongly recommend this to families and friends who wants to have a place to crash during their visit to Karachi.

Me and my family recently stayed at Hamsun Hotel for 10nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location and facilities made the stay very convenient and enjoyable. What truly made the visit special was the amazing staff. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast, which offered a great variety options each morning including desi (Pakistani) option — a perfect way to start the day. I would highly recommend Hamsun Hotel to anyone visiting Karachi and would definitely choose to stay their again.

Hamsun is a hotel that consistently delivers more than expected. The service truly stands out — from the friendly and helpful staff to the daily breakfast and the exceptional security, everything is handled with care and professionalism.
The location is another big plus. It’s perfectly situated: Tariq Road is close by for shopping, and Clifton’s cafés and hangout spots are easily accessible as well.
For the price, you really shouldn’t waste time looking elsewhere — Hamsun is absolutely worth trying. I’ve already stayed here three times and I’m looking forward to staying for the fourth time.

Hamsun never disappoint!
My husband and me recently spent 7 days (17 Jan to 24 Jan) at Hamsun. We have been staying with them for several times already. Their staff knows us and they recognized us immediately. They don't treat us as just "another customer" but rather valued our present there. We felt very welcome there.
Miss Areeba plus all the gentlemen at the front desk have been doing a great job. They attended to our requests without any delays and are always ready to help us. As a repeated customer, they know our needs and have not slacken a bit when it comes to ensuring that we have a comfortable stay.
We got an upgrade to a bigger family suite and we are impressed by the size of the room. We have a very comfortable bed and even a microwave machine to heat up our food in the room. They have installed a lift, which makes it easier for us if our rooms are on the upper levels. Overall, we felt safe, secure and peaceful staying at Hamsun and will continue to stay with them for our next trip.
Hamsun is our go to place whenever I travel up to Karachi. Thank you Team Hamsun for your dedication and commitment towards your guests. See you all soon!

We had a lovely stay at Hamsun. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. They looked after us nicely throughout our stay, and we will definitely come back again. The breakfast was good too 😊

A truly amazing experience. What a hidden gem. We stayed as a family of 3 whilst in Karachi for a wedding, visiting from the UK. Customer service was fantastic and staff were very attentive, polite and extremely professional. It went beyond our expectations after having a terrible experience in a previous local guesthouse which did not meet our standards. I hadn’t even heard of this place until it was recommended by Aroma Travel Service. Excellent amenities, good breakfast options ordered via what’s app with ease, it’s in a tranquil and calm setting with excellent staff communication.
Only criticism is rooms, furniture and bathroom are now showing signs of minor wear and tear which isn’t a big problem but would be good if rectified so it could be a gold star recommendation.
We also used the airport drop off service and car with driver service all booked through the hotel.
This hotel comes highly recommended and we will be sure to return again and recommend to international visitors. Keep up the good work and I look forward to hearing more about your next new hotel that’s opening up soon.

Exceptional stay at a super located (Nursery — Shahrah e Faisal) hotel. They have ground plus 2 floors. Staff is very friendly and attentive and responsive. We felt at home. Very clean and beautiful hotel with quiet and secure surroundings.
The Deluxe double room was spacious and modern with all amenities. The bathroom was very clean with 24-hour hot water and a powerful shower.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was very quick.
The small cafe by the entrance and terrace on the 2nd floor was very nice and peaceful.
