To the Management,
I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I have stayed at this property at least 10 times in the past and always had a great experience, especially under the previous manager, Naveed, who managed everything exceptionally well.
However, my experience this time with the new manager, Hamza, was terrible. From the very first booking call, his tone was unprofessional and rude. During my 2-day stay, I had to request room cleaning three times, and yet it wasn't done properly. Furthermore, I was repeatedly asked for extra money despite the pathetic service quality.
Additionally, the maintenance is declining; specifically, the bathroom showers are in desperate need of replacement. It is disappointing to see such a reputable place lose its standards. I hope you take notice of this, as I will have to reconsider staying here in the future.

Rooms were okay, washroom toilet water washer was leaking. The breakfast server was very nice person.
