Very bad service, The bathrooms have bad smell, the staff is very rude behavior.

Nothing good about this hotel. The washrooms are smelly. The rooms are full of cigarette smell. The staff is highly unprofessional and lazy.
Not at all a family hotel.

Best accommodation in karachi. N3at and clean rooms best location. Room service is Soo good.

This is the Okay hotel for price. Many things have room for improvement.

Staff was slow.
Food I think they bought from shops outside and served in their plates.
Hotel was not maintained.

Nice place to visit, good environment and professional staff.

Rooms are okay. Staff is co-operative, especially Muhabbat Khan, a very nice and friendly guy.

It's on best location but poor in house services they need a strict manager.

Good value of money, professional & humble staff, guards, neat & tidy rooms matching standards of approx 3-star facility.
However a little noise from people talking in lobby and music is always observed during nights.

I can't write ABSOLUTELY BAD, its average service is below zero its 2:57pm till now no sweeper came to clean washroom is awful ur if ur sense n conscious is v POWERFUL then go in washroom so dirty all decorations pieces r broken on the whole awful, whatever INCLUDED never give by themself unless u ask.
