Nothing good about this hotel. The washrooms are smelly. The rooms are full of cigarette smell. The staff is highly unprofessional and lazy.
Not at all a family hotel.

Best accommodation in karachi. N3at and clean rooms best location. Room service is Soo good.

One of the best hotel in whole karachi with professional staff members specially the counter staff is so friendly nd polite amazing staff amazing service amazing privacy I give them 5 star I highly recommend this for family nd couples I really satisfied from everything there no disturbance polite environment clean room non stop ac but I give them one advice plzz add water bottle too in complimentary at least give free water to the guest dnt charge for water bottle its sawab.

This is the Okay hotel for price. Many things have room for improvement.

Hotel is overall good, training hall is a bit congested.

Food was too expensive. Staff was too late in everything.

Customer service is the hero product for seashell inn🕺… staff from gate (security guards) to the front desk, staff, cleaners, kitchen, room service and off course theanagement🙂… kudos to the boss who seems to keep all staff satisfied n happy at work👍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Shell Hotel located in the heart of Clifton, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff.

The rooms at Sea Shell Hotel are tastefully decorated, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The beds are comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The washrooms are spotless, with a continuous supply of hot water and essential toiletries.

Staff was slow.
Food I think they bought from shops outside and served in their plates.
Hotel was not maintained.

Nice place to visit, good environment and professional staff.

Rooms are okay. Staff is co-operative, especially Muhabbat Khan, a very nice and friendly guy.

It's on best location but poor in house services they need a strict manager.

Good value of money, professional & humble staff, guards, neat & tidy rooms matching standards of approx 3-star facility.
However a little noise from people talking in lobby and music is always observed during nights.

I can't write ABSOLUTELY BAD, its average service is below zero its 2:57pm till now no sweeper came to clean washroom is awful ur if ur sense n conscious is v POWERFUL then go in washroom so dirty all decorations pieces r broken on the whole awful, whatever INCLUDED never give by themself unless u ask.

There are no smoke-free rooms. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our room smelled like cigarettes all the time. Our hair, skin, and stuff smelled like smoke after just an hour. The room affected my health causing nausal stuffiness and dry smoke cough. There are mysterious stains on the bed, in room chairs, and towels. The bed linen had hair on them. The room itself is old and dirty. Bathroom fixtures were rusty. Last night we were there, there was no hot water.
