Very good place with quality good. Needs to focus on cleaning and maintenance of their decors and everything.
Terrible service in fact no service (no restaurant, no ironing), smelly rooms & choked sewerage. The irony that ONLY clothes cupboard is inside toilet so you'll pretty much hang clothes on room knobs or back of chair otherwise in choked sewerage it starts to smell. Very high rates compared to similar 1 star accommodation in Saddar. Just the location is ideal as it is 20 min walk to Sea-View (which off course is the communal part of beach). Staff is extremely low paid and continuosly harassed by the new owner (new since Feb 2024).

This stay was quite a letdown compared to previous visits. The standards have clearly dropped. The room had a kettle but no cups or tea bags, and no in-house dining options were available. I requested a simple omelet (sada tareen) at 8:10 AM, but after waiting 40 minutes with no response, I had to skip breakfast and leave for a meeting. There is a buffet corner, no non working,
To make matters worse, a flimsy, pathetic dining chair was oddly placed at the work table. It was completely unsuitable for working and could easily strain your back if you tried to use it for any length of time. Most of the electrical sockets in the room were also not working.
Service was inattentive, and guest comfort didn’t seem to be a priority. With the current condition and service quality, the pricing feels entirely unjustified. Will never visit again.
