The Centaurus Residences

I discovered this property through Google and was impressed by the reviews, so I decided to book it online. My experience was mixed. The apartment itself was peaceful, luxurious, and well-maintained, which I truly appreciated. Ambiance from the apartment is super amazing.
Mr. Saqib was extremely humble and professional, while Mr. Ali was outstanding. Despite facing issues with guest entry at the gate and challenges with the pick-and-drop service, Mr. Ali went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring my stay felt safer and more comfortable. I’m grateful for their efforts.
The housekeeping staff was good, but there’s room for improvement in reception and property management. A proper guest card system should be introduced, allowing smoother access within the mall where the apartments are located. Unfortunately, the building management did not recognize or accommodate guests staying in these apartments, which led to disrespectful and uncomfortable interactions. The property owner should work with the building management to address these issues and ensure a more seamless experience for guests. Mr ali n Mr saqib are doing at personal lever however in my opinion the building owner needs to look the above-mentioned ideas of improvement.
Overall, while the apartment and staff were excellent, better coordination and management are needed to improve the overall experience.

I was very skeptical in the beginning, but it was worth it I usually stay at the top hotels in Islamabad but staying with walk in this time gave me great experience with Islamabad view and mall for family, cost effective vacant place, highly recommended.

I will recommend this place to everyone. The staff were very cooperative, loved the apartment as it was clean and beautiful. The location is 10/10.
