I recently made a visit at (PremiumPavilion BahriaEnclave) and I am absolutely thrilled! The location is prime, with a beautiful view due to the fact its a corner on boulevard. The building's architecture is stylish, and the interiors are beautifully designed. The shops are well-equipped and the apartment units are spacious and comfortable. The management team is also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommened to anyone looking for a new commercial space or apartment! "

BEAWARE ❌ There reviews are seemed to be totally FAKE except mine. What I experienced is it’s a third day I am living there. They got no hot water in freezing cold December. Even though they have electric geyser, but it seems to be malfunction and despite complaining it’s a 3rd day they assured me with their lies. I had a very important meeting with diplomats which got ruined. Now the surprising part is on my very first day they had no cold/hot water in shower. I requested them to provide me water so that I can take a shower and attend my meeting peacefully, but guess what. Their guy came after wasting my lot of time hanging dry in toilet with small bucket of water like I am staying in a jungle and paying a overly price for a premium hotel cost. + They provided no water bottles. No Dustbin. No kettle (despite they got stove which is also malfunctioning ofcourse). No tissue papers in apartment. No Electric Heating. No proper blanket in apartment. They also have AC in room (Gas leaked). To be honest you can call/label this place as “THIRD CLASS” place. This place seems to be made for doing Illicit activities only.
