Stayed at this guest house for 2 days and had a good experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay — clean, peaceful, and very reasonable for the price. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay!

I stayed here twice, and found this guest house quite reasonable with nice big rooms and clean environment. Staff is helpfull and cooperative. All the facilities including parking, AC, security and Wi-Fi are of good standards. Highly recommended for stay with families.

I'm so glad I found Heritage Inn way back in October 2024. It was through a booking. Com search. I was in touch with the contact person allocated to me throughout from the booking time till after checkout as this was my first visit to Islamabad. The room was on the ground floor and very spacious with Wi-Fi, TV, telephone and air-conditioning. Even the attached washroom was very spacious with running water all the time and hot water available in the morning and whenever one wishes by requesting the concierge to switch on the geyser. The receptionist was very professional and assisted me in booking a car on rent for my day's running around. Since the place is within the centre of Islamabad, I got food delivered by Foodpanda, and ride-hailing vehicles on Yango and Indrive arrived pronto and rides were reasonably-priced. The mansion building has a well-maintained garden with flowers and various beautiful plants. The external areas all have CCTV for added security and safety. I had to change my booking as my onward flight became a day earlier and I had already paid before this happened. Upon contacting the contact person, they refunded my unused 1-night stay's charges by bank transfer extremely fast, within 1 hour. I recommend this place highly for salient and tranquil relaxation with peace, and may stay there again and again. Kudos!
