I stayed here for a day because of a cancelled flight. Room was comfortable and I can tell the staff works hard and are friendly. But some basic staff training about service / logistics / communication will help. There were at least 30-40 passengers staying at this hotel from the cancelled flight. When heading back to the airport the staff put my luggage atop two different buses. When I got to the airport I found only one of my suitcases. The bus driver had no clue or even the phone number of the other bus driver who presumably had my second suitcase. After about an hour of utter frustration the staff was able to locate my suitcase and I made it just in time for my flight. It would have helped if the staff had made sure that passengers boarded the same bus on which their luggage was loaded. I also learned a lesson, never part company with your luggage.
Other than that my stay at the hotel was good, and somewhat memorable given the circumstances of flight cancellation. Hotel staff arranged for lunch (chicken curry) and dinner (chicken curry and lentils). There are also other local restaurants walking distance from the hotel if you prefer. The view from the rooftop of hotel is also nice.
