Great stay at Capital Lodges. I liked the hot water the most. It worked perfectly. Location is central and very convenient. Right in the Markaz and in front of major brands. Easy access to everything.

We had a wonderful stay there at their f10 guest house. Rooms were clean, warm water available 24/7. Ac were working fine prime location all food chains brands are near. Would definitely choose them again.

As salam u alaikum, we had stayed here for 2 nights. The best thing was it was clean. Suddenly this time traveling to Northen areas the places we stayed for stop overs has a peculiar smell. The bathroom were dirty.
So on the way back we booked this place and thank God the place was neat, no smell, and of course bathroom was clean.
Would recommend this place.

Review: Capital Lodges Guest House, F-10 Markaz, Islamabad. Recomended!
We stayed at Capital Lodges Guest House in F-10 Markaz for over three weeks. As this was my first extended stay in Islamabad, I don’t have other guest houses to compare it to directly. However, we chose this one primarily based on its genuinely positive reviews, which appeared to be written by real guests — unlike many others we came across, which seemed questionable. With hundreds (if not thousands) of guest houses across Islamabad, that made a big difference.
Location:
The location is one of its biggest strengths. It's just a couple of minutes from the heart of F-10 Markaz — a lively commercial area where you can find everything from national brands to local shops. Getting around the city is also easy and affordable using ride-hailing apps like InDrive, with major malls and markets just a short drive away.
Cleanliness and Comfort:
The guest house is generally well-maintained and rooms are cleaned before each new guest arrives. The rooms themselves are spacious, as are the attached bathrooms. There are mosquito nets on the windows along with additional screens and curtains, which help keep bugs out. Each room includes air conditioning, which worked well and was included in the price — a definite plus in the summer heat.
Staff and Service:
The staff were attentive, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The place is very nice and clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect — everything you need is within walking distance, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel lodge was incredibly clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The overall experience was very positive. Deserves more than 5 stars!
Everything was simply perfect — the staff, the rooms, the service, the location, and even the price. I used to stay at Hotel One, but the experience here surpassed it in every way, and at nearly half the cost. Exceptional value for money!

Rooms are clean.
24hrs service and Well mannered staff is a blessing.
Near to F-10 markaz market is a great plus.
Recommended for families.
Only shortcoming is that they need to introduce a menu for Lunch and dinners.

This place feels like home, rooms are spacious, service given to us by the staff was timely, and location was perfect to go around any where in Islamabad. Overall it was satisfactory experience.

They offer clean, well-maintained rooms and excellent service. The beds were comfortable with fresh sheets, and the bathrooms were modern and spotless. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
While the parking is a bit congested, the excellent location and overall experience more than made up for it. With decent rates and great amenities, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
