Capetown Guest House

Pethatic service, dirty kitchen must be file complain in PFA, cook dont know how to cook only know chicken karahi. Room are too old, no toiletries, mosquite every where, no spray, no room spray.

Very dirty place, no service, kitchen is like a room of garbage, rooms are dirty, washroom are also dirty drainage sytem is very worst, no hot water in winter. Solar teip every 30 minutes. Waste of money and time.

Stayed at this guest house and it felt like home — spotless rooms, warm hosts, and a peaceful vibe that made leaving hard!

Staff is giving more comfortability. They are responsible and punctual. The room facility was excellent. Location is easy to find and reach.

It was jamm on Sunday due to volume of traffic crossing the Toll Plaza. Unfortunately either their services are slow or the amount of booths are not enough to handle the traffic. They seriously need to consider it. If one is travelling via motorway and saving 30 minutes time, and then you are stuck at toll plaza for 30 minutes, then what's the purpose of having Motorway.

Everything about this Guest house is Perfect especially the Location of the Guest House. Everything is just like 5 min walk. We stayed there for 5 days and the breakfast was amazing 10/10. The room was clean and we had hot water most of the time. The staff is super friendly and the Wi-Fi there is fast. The price is very affordable compared to others. Loved the overall experience ❤️

Me and My friends went there for NET, and due to some reason, we had to check out of our previous hostel and move to a new one. Capetown hostel was the only one that allowed us to not only check in early, but their receptionist at our check in, Imtiaz Ahmed Chitrali, also allowed us to add 1 extra breakfast and a mattress free of cost due to us being students and him being empathetic towards us. He also talked to his manager and allowed us to stay at the guest house at half the price of their usual room fare. I whole heartedly recommend this place and I am extremely thankful for Imtiaz bhai for helping us students in times of stress and need.

Had the worst experience. Stayed there 2 weeks ago and spending even 2 nights was unbearable. The sheets, bed and sofa were dirty, the floor was worn out, bathrooms were so poor in shape. When I complained about mosquitoes, they asked me for money so they could get a mosquito machine to plug in. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

Worst behavior of their manager.
I was late due to outstation travel, but when I arrived (as my luggage was already there and it was 2nd night) the manager did not allow me to enter the room in the middle of the 2nd night without paying.
His worst behavior made me pay him to shut his mouth.
His worst behavior just for advance money was insulting so I left the guest house in the middle of the night.
His junior staff was seeing everything happening.
When I asked him for the owner, the manager said I am the owner only.

Worst worst worst experience ever. I got embarrassed in front of my whole family. Didn't have basic things available. Bed sheets were dirty. Pillow covers were dirty. Staff was not courteous at all. Parking was a hassle. Overall very bad experience would not recommend any one to stay here neither alone not with family. Also rooms had a very bad odour for which they didn't have any solution. Very very disappointing experience.

I recently stayed for more than one month and love it. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere ❤️ I'm going to give them five star ✨ bcuz they deserve more 🎉 once again thank you very much team Capetown.

Our Home Away From Home!
Faced with a long stay because of a medical emergency, we found a peaceful haven at the Cape Town Guest House. It could not have been more perfect for us!
We had a large, comfortable room, which was very clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed many relaxing breakfasts and cups of tea in the peaceful garden which is filled with exotic plants (all labeled) and a variety of birds, including a crane that likes to beg for paratha! The location is excellent — the guesthouse is in F7 sector, only a short walk away from numerous shops and restaurants, and there are lots of parks and green spaces if you walk in the other direction.
Best of all, we loved the genuine warm welcome we received. A real heartfelt thanks to the friendly and helpful owner, to the extremely kind manager Imran, to all the other staff member who took such good care of us, and also the other guests that we met and shared many good conversations with. All of you made our stay special. We hope to be back!

Highly recommended this guest house. Very cooperative staf and nice and calm location. I have enjoyed my stay there.
