We had an excellent stay at this guest house with our family. The rooms were clean and cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the hosts were very kind. Highly recommended for families.

Our stay at the guest house with my family was excellent. The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time there.

This residence is substandard and misleading. Advertised amenities were not provided. Rooms were uncomfortable and unhygienic. Breakfast was not available at the promised time. The owner uses fake images and shifts guests to inferior locations. Do not book.

Extremely poor and third-class residence with zero basic facilities. The owner has developed and is operating a substandard property that is completely misleading and unfit for family stay. Rooms were dirty, uncomfortable, and falsely advertised, with no basic amenities provided.
Breakfast was promised at 8:00 AM but was not provided even until 9:00 AM. This residence operates on fake pictures and deceptive booking practices—showing one property at the time of booking and shifting guests to another inferior place upon arrival. A complete waste of money and time. Strongly advised to avoid this place at all costs.

Not worth the price to be honest.
1. The Wi-Fi was subpar. Just worked 30% of the time, had to go to a nearby cafe to work. When complained about it the staff said it was fine on their computer (which was connected through a LAN cable so obviously it’s going to be better. Suggestion: Get a better router since it can’t handle load)
2. The fan made a very scary sound and started vibrating when turned on, seemed like it would fall down so I kept it turned off.
3. The TV had no cable, and since the internet wasn’t working either, youtube wasn’t working too. Also there was an issue with the tv, it kept playing and pausing youtube. So it was useless.
4. The bath had no where to hang clothes. Please install hooks.
If these problems didn’t exist, i’d come back every time.

Bad experience. Not recommended.
They charge extra for children (below 2yrs) with no extra added service.
The staff was super anxious about their bed sheets as they provided no trays for the breakfast.
The breakfast was double rates.
You are not allowed to use kitchen for any extra work beside some things for your child.

The place was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and noise of the city. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and all necessary facilities were provided to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again for my future trips.

If you are looking for a nice place to reside in Islamabad, this is the place. Neat spacious peaceful rooms with all modern facilities. Helping staff. Location is right in the heart of Islamabad. An ideal place for solo travellers as well as for a family stay. Strongly recommended.

Most Prime location with Very clean rooms and bathrooms best option for families, highly recommended.

Excellent guest house with cheap in price and located in prime & expensive area, staff is very cooperative.
