Great place to stay in great prices in the heart of Islamabad. Great breakfast, very comfortable beds and a good night sleep. I stayed for one night to get some rest on my way back from the mountains.

Prime location, clean and spacious rooms, very friendly and skilled staff. Good quality food is available. 7 to 8 parking slots available inside premises. Markaz is at Woking distance (500 meters).

Absolutely great service and nice environment. I really enjoyed it.

Staff from hotel asked for my booking confirmation on day of stay whilst asking of my arrival time. When I advised I was an hour away, I got an email saying booking was cancelled. I asked staff about this straight away and they said not to worry everything was fine their end but sent me a new location around 5 minutes aeay from original location. When we arrived, we payed in cash and went to room which was nothing like the one advertised that we payed for. It was small with a small bathroom. We went to complain and staff said that there was nothing they could do as other place we originally booked was full. We asked for a discounted rate as this was not what we paid for. They refused and said, "Take it up with booking. Com as they're the one who advertised room when it wasn't available. " They were adamant that we take this cause of action to resolve the issue knowing full well that booking had technically been cancelled on booking. Com. They then refused to provide a receipt for the room that we paid for thus making any refund claim against them even harder.

Nice rooms with all amenities. Great staff and easy process of booking. Near to marts, park and mosque. Recommended.
