I wish I was able to give them negative rating. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️They Are Scam ❗❗❗❗ SEE THROUGH GOOGLE MAPS FOR CHAT PROOF SCREENSHOTS.
We booked a room a month ago with Waseem which he confirmed, he booked but ctually he did not. My family went there they put them in a basement room that was as small and dark as grave.
I kept texting and calling Waseem but he did not respond. I luckily got Umer's ph num, I messaged him on day first he said, we cannot do it today but we will move them to a new room. On 2nd day they moved them to a new room, 1 double bed with a nasty and torn blankets for 4 people.
I called Umer back because Waseem was useless, asked him that why did he not give them the room we pre-booked a month ago — they said the room is not free and an Afghan family has booked it for a month. I asked him Why were we booked for a double and single bed strand room if it was pre-book and the ill — mannered staff replied they do not know and asking me that why did we book. Finally we have to escape from these bunch of scammers with extra high cost and zero customer service.
So please if you need a good trip with no stress, do not even contact them.

Guest house is pretty good, service and staff is also professional but never ask them for cab, they are too too much expensive. They will cost u triple time than normal cab service.

The AC was simply unable to cool the room. As its a large house with large rooms, ACs installed are too small and are not even serviced (as of 10th June 2021).
I turned the AC on and even after couple of hours the room was warm and beds were hot. I had to wake up at night and check the filters of the AC and found out they hadnt cleaned them so I had to do it myself.
Staff kept lying that its a brand new AC which it was clearly not. Even after mentioning several times and requesting for a different room, the problem was not solved. AC was also dripping water down onto the sofa and one of my bag's corner.
Staff otherwise was courteous but what good is that if I couldn't even sleep in comfort for a few hours even after paying 5k? Will not visit again atleast in summer.
