The manager does not know how to deal with costumers. Bathrooms are dirty and have drainage problem. I complained about it and stupid manager said you can go elsewhere. He should learn some manners and should personally check all the rooms/ bathrooms. This is your duty to make sure everything is working conditon. It is not guest job to fix your drainage issues or clean your clogged lines.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. My family and I had a very nice comfortable stay here. The staff were amazing. The guesthouse was clean and situated in a very safe community.
The room was spacious and it felt as though we were at home.

Extremely stupid staff, I booked a room and on my arrival they said you were late so we gave that room to someone else.
They dont even know what does a booking means! wasted some time for finding some other accomodation. highly not recommended.

Very good guest house with very good host Mr. Qaiser and very energetic and cooperative staff. Food vas also very tasty. Recommended specially for families.
Only have to work on main gate entrance slope, there should also be little steps with slope so that old persons can move easily.

Amazing Experience! Little bit far away from Transport terminals but the place is really amazing. I spent 24 hours here, that was my best 24 hour in Islamabad. I will visit again in future. Service, Behavior, Cleanliness Everything was perfect.

Stayed at Royal Galaxy with family and the experience has been amazing. The place is nice and clean, perfect for family stay. Host is really nice and supportive. Food quality and price are very reasonable. It is highly recommended for people visiting Islamabad.

No hot water to shower, water is just warm but not hot enough to shower in winter specially. Maybe my room is in basement. Hot water supply is not good… Breakfast just okay. Staffs and manager are nice and helpful.

Very courteous staff. Clean and quiet. It was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend to anyone who has to visit Islamabad and stay on a short or long term basis.

Room size is reasonable. Furniture is in good condition. There is small refrigerator in the room. AC is convertible so cold/ heat can easily be controlled you don't need to be worried about gas load shedding ☺️. For me washroom and its working condition is very important and I was quite surprised to see that everything was spick and span. And last but not least staff was very Cooperative. I'll rank them *4.5 (detect 0.5 for not having hot water in washroom in winter season)

I visited this guest house with my family and it was very wonderful experience. Every thing was neat and clean just like home environment. Cooperation of all staff especially the Qaiser sahib who is doing mange this guest house was extraordinary. He himself supervise all matters. Kitchen is also there and you can order anything from professional cook. Meal was also just like home. Only families allowed in this guest house so family environment you will find there.

Without doubt one of the best hotels I stayed during my time in Islamabad, the staff was extremely friendly, the general manager deserves a special thanks. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. A true sample of excellent hospitality.
