Everything was great. We stayed for 5 nights in the mountains facing room and the scenery, staff and the rooftop dining area were the highlight. Also very economical.

The battery in the safe needed to be replaced but it never did. Fine, I stayed in my room most of the time. It was Eid and kitchen was closed. No one informed about the kitchen closing. The staff told me to eat outside on my own dime but finally caved and cooked me breakfast. However, the toast was moldy. Aside from that, room is spacious. Washroom was okay, no hot water just warmish. My towel rack was broken and couldn't be fixed but whatever, I'll survive with the one hook.

Its is saituated in e11/3 markaz. Its a good place to stay here it is economical. Having view of margilla hills. Easy access to all needs.

Good and clean hotel. Minor inconvenience faced by me in terms of room supplies which when pointed out was resolved. However, one thing cannot be overlooked was the fact that they failed to provide butter in breakfast and apologized that it was out of stock. The same could have been purchased at the next door conveience store in the name of customer service.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, awful breakfast. Need I say more?   I felt sorry for the hotel manager as he was very apologotic & clearly trying his best and he did arrange for acceptable bed sheets. This hotel certainly doesn't deserve the money we paid for it.   Dont be fooled by it's sophisticated name or the pictures. Just avoid!

Excellent hotel in E-11/3 Markaz. Ideal for families and travelers. Cordial staff, clean rooms and priced well within reason compared to any other hotel.

It is a good place but a motel without a lawn! I don't think so it's worth staying. But if you are only in Islamabad for work then I guess it can make sense to you.

Cockroaches on the bed. Bathrooms not up to the mark. Breakfast lounge on upper floor. Thus bedrooms located on the lower floor is very noisy because moving furniture in breakfast lounge. I will not stay there. I will not recommend anyone there.

Average facility. Very noisy corridors, difficult to sleep at night due to noise of visitors in corridors. Washrooms are narrow and with faulty plumbing. Mosquitos and coc roaches are commonly present in rooms.

Hotel is good but small and little bit expensive. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is good and corporative. There is no service after 10 'o' clock like tea, coffee dinner etc.

Well they serve you nothing (food) after 10 pm. That kinda sucks. Plus there are no shops of food around in the surrounding areas.

Newly constructed hotel with everything very good. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean upholstery, very friendly and courteous staff, standby generator functional 24 hours a day, attentive and responive staff. Located a bit away from main islamabad, but then its located in the heart of sector E — 11, which is the latest sector of isb and offers a scenic view of the margallas. Very good lifts and safe car parking and a secure environment. The only drawback is that there is no in house laundry, kitchen is not upto the mark and there is an eternal problem of hot water in december and January as the hotel's geysers shut down owing to gas shortages. Definitely recommended.
