The rooms are well maintained with cozy atmosphere in the hotel in general. However, the technology such as the TV should be updated and the bathrooms in the rooms should be renovated to maintain the standard of this hotel!

I am going to that place since 2002 very good customer service over the years.

Good Staff clean Enviroment.

The hotel is at very prime location in the middle of the city, on main blue area road in-front of metro bus station. The resturant is good but food quailty was worst.

Good play to stay in islamabad for travelers. It is situated in blue area from there you can access every place easily.

Ideal place for stay service is also good Neat and clean Rooms and staff is cooperative and works perfectly but I think they should consider about washroom maintenance.

Good hotel. Rates are a bit expensive compared to facilities.

Not good at all. Heating system screwed up and smell in room. Most of the lights are not working also.

Okay Experience. A little pricey. At 14k a night. The rooms are cramped. But the ambience is good.

Pathetic service with unprofessional staff and over priced room rates. Complimentary breakfast is also just average. This was my second stay here and I am not satisfied at all.

Simply not worth staying. The service was horrible, had to call multiple times to attend one request. The rooms were untidy. Housekeeping standards were next to zero, there were bedbugs all over the bed, when complained — staff attitude was very unprofessional and unserious.

3 star hotel actually but equivalent to 4star hotel. It is located on main jinnah avenue. Everything is very good. You get more then what you pay. This is the hotel where I always stay when in islamabad.

Precisely 3 star hotel. Location is very good. Very close to Centaurus Mall. And about 5 minutes drive from Faisal Mosque, D Chowk and Parliament House. Rooms are small, cleanliness is also an issue. And food quality is not better than ordinary cafes.

Awsm service, rooms not bad but good and secure. Decent customer service, buffet breakfast. Worth for the price we paid for.

The ambience is magical with the Christmas tree, fireplace, decor and outdoor festive seating. The food was lovely and surprisingly affordable.

Very old and dingy hotel. The employees are gul-faced. Location was very good.

Prime location in Islamabad. This used to be a great place many years ago. But the quality seems to have deteriorated with time. Breakfast is sometimes served late without advance notification and is sometimes missing items. Staff is great though. Parking is also an issue.

I don't hate the place Infact it's very practical to move to the centre and important places of Islamabad.

Hotel is in excellant location. Hotel has good cooperative staff. Rooms are small. Food menu is above average. Hotel didnt has its own front lawn. There is no parking place for your car.

Just an average 2 star at maximum place.
