If you are looking for an amazing hotel experience, Serena is the place. The staff actually knows how to make you feel pampered right from the moment you check in till you checkout. The whole place feels cosy, especially in winters you can sit outside in one of many gardens and enjoy the Quetta sun. Food is also really amazing especially the selection of food items in breakfast buffet. You get all the different choices from oatmeal like healthy to cupcakes like unhealthy. Rooms are really spacious and well furnished and decorated. With air conditioning controls inside the rooms you can have a personalised experience during your stay inside the rooms.

Nice place to work and relax. Food is better avoided. Service deteriorated from last year.

The food quality has dropped over the last couple of years, there used to be a time when Sarena was the only upscale place in town and that no longer is the case.

One of the most safest places to stay in Quetta. Luxury, style, safety, security, care at one place. Food is good. Parking is good. Comfortable rooms. Neatness is plus point.

I have been staying this hotel from many years, but I had never seen such pathetic situation of this property. The staff is absolutely non cooperative, arrogant and ill mannered. No one is willing to extend any sort of support. The cleanliness of hotel and rooms was quite ordinary. Air conditioning and other amenities were just average. One can assess their unprofessional and indecent behavior with this example that while I will sitting in the Serena's drop shuttle along with many others, the duty manager came with an ironing bill of meager 4$ and demanded the money in front of all passengers. It was so shameful. I question, as to why not they had taken this amount at the time of check out? And the response from the duty manager was very unprofessional and discourteous.

Had a chance to stay here for a week as part of official contingent. The only good place to stay in Quetta. I must say that Serena has done a marvellous job in providing state of the art facilities at Quetta. Restaurants are well located and serve good food. Considering the distances involved and infrastructure at Quetta, they still manage to offer wide range of quality edibles. However, as compared to Karachi or Islamabad, the items are less at breakfast buffet. The staff, simply awesome. Very courteous and truthful people. They will make sure that your stay is comfortable, problem-free and enjoyable. Overall 8.5/10. Hit like if this review helped you.

Very nice and the only good hotel in Quetta. Very nice decor, comfortable rooms and good service. Always a pleasure being here. Beautiful architecture and very traditional style construction. The decor also reflects deep cultural roots of Balochistan. The views around the hotel are gorgeous. The hotel itself has beautiful small gardens with awesome flowers and plants. Food is also good here.

Awesome place to visit in every season but especially in summers when it's gardens have fully loaded fruit trees. However, the beauty is equally awesome in winters when even the leaves are not there on the trees.

I stayed in Serena Quetta for a day. Its nice and cusy with probably the best location in town. Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are however very small and all the carpets throw out plenty of wool, which by the look at your shoes after reaching the rooms appears to be a potential hazard. The management needs to look at it.

Best place in whole Baluchistan province. Ambiance, rooms and specially the gardens are awesome. Swimming pool is not heated I suppose and hence not open in winters. Serena hotels are offrring loyalty cards also. Airport pickups and drops are also available. Breakfast is good too.

Perhaps the Best place to be in quetta its calm and quite food is great and outside lawns are beautiful to walk in.

Serena Hotel is the best to stay in Quetta. It is a five star hotel. Building is quite unique in the sense that outside design gives an impression that the building is made of mud. It reflects typical culture of Balochistan. When you enter inside the hotel building, just adjacent to lobby, there are rooms where seating arrangement gives a true reflection of Balochi culture. On wool made thick carpets, good round pillows are there. Walls are decorated with Balochi cultural artifacts. Food quality is good. Sometimes, you find live music being played there.

It's good hotel to live at but some basic facilities like hot cattle n iron should be added to standard room also swimming pool cannot be used in winters nor they have Jacuzzi…

The Serena is built in the traditional Baluchistan architectural design with rounded and smooth walls. The external walls were brown earth colour and white internal walls. The rooms and restaurants had the traditional look with trditional fabrics used for the bedding and chairs. The hotel was neat, quiet and peaceful. For lovers of nature the Serena Hotel had a large green lawn, an orchid and plenty of potted plants. The potters, concierge and other hotel staff were dressed in traditional dress. The meals were tasty and wonderful, mostly Pakistani with a Baluchistan flavour and not too spicy. I had a great time at the Serena Hotel and would recommend it to anybody visiting Quetta that wants to have a feel of the local culture.

Visited the hotel after a long gap. Nothing has changed much, however, the traditional Balochi outlook and aura, the hotel is famous for, still fascinates and attracts. Rooms, though are small, but are nicely decorated and comfortable, quite and serene. Toilets are small and requires refurbishment as faucets and tub look quite old. There is a free lavish breakfast and Wi-Fi available for all the guests.

Excellente rooms, great traditional ambiance and good food options. It's neat and calm. Enjoyed the serenity and calmness.

Best place in town. Well maintained rooms with green orchards around. Excellent food options desi, BBQ n Chinese. Well trained staff n excellent security arrangements. Highly recommend.
