I was pleasantly surprised by Serena Altit. Located within the Altit fort, this is a great location. The gardens have apricots trees, is very peaceful and the rooms have excellent views of the surrounding mountains. Location is also great. Will definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable night stay at the hotel, friendly staff and a great balcony with the hut room type… The stay allows u complementary visit to the altit fort, breakfast needs slight improvement though.

This hotel is inside the Altit Fort area. Car Parking is far from the actual property so you need to take a long walk to reach the rooms especially the huts. Otherwise it's a gem.
Comfortable huts with nice amenities. They have small but clean rooms and washrooms. Absolutely great valley views from huts. Staff is amazing and courteous. Food is good too.
Best thing is that hotel is nestled among the local houses and shops where you get to meet beautiful and welcoming local people. You can learn about their amazing culture and rich traditions and get to experience their local food.
However, the car parking needs to be a lot better. My suggestion to the management would be to atleast make a solid floor for the parking as the loose soil makes a lot of dirt and bad impression to the visitors and arrange for the cleanliness of the way from the parking to the property and make the streets solid and arrange for their cleanliness. Permanent staff should be deputed at the parking area because sometime the cars get stuck due to small parking area. Once or twice my car got stuck as other guests parked in front of my car which wasted a lot of time. Gate of the parking is also quite small which makes it difficult to get the car inside or taking out because locals also park their cars in the street in front of the parking gate.

We stayed here for 3 days and everything was perfect from spacious room to trees and garden outside. If you want to relax then this is one of the best place in Hunza.
Service is excellent and all staff working here are very cooperative and made our stay memorable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the Hunza Valley. The bedroom window view is out class river, snowy peak mountains can be seen from our bedroom window and the room was so comfortable, the room service was prompt and friendly.
The amenities at this hotel were top-notch. We loved our stay here!

Such a relaxing location over the valley. Rooms are great. Service is good. The cafe/ restaurant has such a great view! We could spend all day just chilling at the hotel ha. A very comfortable place to stay.
Just outside is a cute market kind of area and lots of local people you can talk to.

Just loved it. It's a place which prefer hospitality over commercialism. Staff was so co-operative and sweet. Rooms were clean. Heating system was good. Tab water was hot. Place is very close to nature calm and peaceful. Only noise you can hear at night is the sound of flowing river Indus. A place which is a perfect blend of old and modern times. Every staff member was so nice and helpful they deserve an applause.

We stayed in here, and it was my best experience with the most cooperative and welcoming staff. It was an accident choosing this place as a stay, but we ended up loving this beautiful place. Would love to join you again.

Absolutely loved living in the huts. It’s an experience living here. You walk to it by passing through the oldest village in Hunza. Phenomenal views of the valley. The Khabasi cafe looks like a treehouse — great food and view. Do try the local cuisine as its super yum. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Altit fort tour is complimentary for stay in guests. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a different vibe, peaceful and clam. It is built inside Altit Fort which is historic. The passage leads to the hotel is very traditional. One passes through a lot of local shops on the way which is very classy. There are many spacious huts which has an amazing view of Hunza Valley as can be seen in the video and pictures I have posted. The price ranges between 28, 000 to 40, 000 a night. Hotel also has an open restaurant with great view.
