It is a budget-friendly stay in Muscat with a very convenient location near Avenues Mall and local restaurants. The rooms are clean and functional, though basic compared to higher-end hotels.

This is our third stay. It has been very pleasant everytime. Comfortable with a wide choice of rooms. We can choose as per our requirement.

The Hotel was clean, Central, a Lot of Supermarkt and Restaurants around. Free parkingspot. Personal was very friendly and helpful.

We initially planned a one-night stay but ended up extending to two nights with two adults and three kids.

The rooms are very spacious, calm, and clean. It's worth the money you pay.

The hotel is in a decent location, half way between the airport and City Centre (note there are 2 city centres), but not too much happening around it as the area is an industrial site.

The staff at the reception were smiling and welcoming. The omani gentlemen in particular was quite helpful. Gave us a good room 212 which was pool facing…staff were helpful.

I recently stayed at Plaza Hotel in Ruwi and found it to be a solid budget option. The hotel is approximately 1.3 km from the Ruwi Bus Station, making it easily walkable or a short taxi ride away.

I had stay good time there, rooms very nice and clean with all hospitality accessories.

Our friend stayed at the hotel, it's on slight higher end to our taste. But they had hindi speaking staff, also have a great view of sunrise from their hotel for that you can stay.

This place I am so happy because I felt so much fun to be here ☺️ 💓 💖 💛 🤗 💗 also all of the staff and dj here is so kind 😇 😊 ❤️ 💙 💖 💕

Very nice place to stay with the family. Very convenient location. Budget-friendly. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay. Staff is also very helpful and kind.

Despite the indifferent staff, rooms are quite nice if rather dated, especially bathrooms. Still, a comfortable bed, desk, armchairs — all that you'd need for a day or two.

Jebel Sifah delivers one of the most visually striking coastal resort experiences near Muscat, where dramatic mountain landscapes meet calm turquoise waters in a peaceful gated beachfront community.

It was pleasant staying in Jebel Sifah and the owner was too kind allowed us for the stay and the flat provided a perfect view for early sun rise from the balcony itself on open sea view and pleasant

The place was nice and clean accomodations. And with all the facilities needed. Staff /reception are very helpful.
