Very clean hotel type apartment with complete furnitures and appliance for entertainment, cooking, even for washing clothes.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. Very safe for kids to play freely and safely in pools and gardens.

Great value for a comfortable stay! Stayed at Hill Top Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well maintained, with a lovely view that made the stay even better.

Hill Top should be any tourists first choice if you are looking for Spacious and tidy rooms, top class services and central location makes it very easy to reach anywhere in Muscat in 10-15 minutes.

During my time in Oman, I faced some challenges. The cost of living felt very high, especially for food and transportation.

Needs improvement as the hotel is old and few features in the rooms reflect it; however all basic amenities are available, good value for money, excellent facilities fir swimming pool and excellent

Amazing it's look a traditional style of the rooms when you entered. But totally it's perfect. Staff are very attentive. If what you need they very fast to serve you.

This is a gem and I would highly recommend. Staff is polite and friendly and location is very close to Bustan, Qntab — two places you should never miss.

I recently had the pleasure of spending over 30 days at Roza Hotel Apartments in Muscat, Oman, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Rooms are small but clean and modern, separate shower and toilet. There was a fridge, bed was super comfy. They have great staff, always with a smile on their face.

The hotel was perfect for me in every aspect, the rooms, hygiene, service and even the food was amazing my last breakfast was perfect, try the pancakes with chocolate it’s finger licking.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, tidy, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is excellent, well-suited for families, with amazing service from the friendly and professional staff, including reception and housekeeping.

The room is a little bit dirty but the hotel is soo good.

It was one of the hotels that I enjoyed staying in and it made my trip to Oman sweeter. The receptionists I think were from Oman and India. Always spoke to me with a smile and kindness.

We stayed in a spacious 2 BHK suite overlooking the bustling streets of Khuwair. The suite was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
