I just love everything. I would like to recommend everyone. There staff's are awesome. Everything is perfect. Food, services, decoration everything is awesome. I have no more words to explain. It's best to experience.

Good location. Swimming pool could have been cordoned for party in that area for safety, specially for child safety.

The room was large, comfortable and clean, as well as quiet. The kitchen was not open at the time. Passages were clean and fresh. The Senior Duty manager was flipping rude as hell.

Clean, new, friendly and punctual staff. Restaurant food is reasonably priced and tastes ok. And they have Wi-Fi.

My stay at this hotel "REMAS" went very well. They have a very warm team, a very good restaurant with a pro service, and especially the meal which is really delicious. I like it and I advise to visit it.

The staff try to be welcoming and good, if only slightly over familiar. They could do with some training in the hospitality industry to offer excellent service on a professional level before and after the guest stay at the hotel. The Room was big. The showers and toilets however was suffocating as if it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. This could be because they keep everything closed. Rooms are not airy. All the facilities are there including a swimming pool but it is almost as if its there just to have boxes ticked to increase star rating. To get the services you need is like pulling teeth! Very thrifty. It hasn't been a pleasant experience. They speak Manglish.

No provision of amenities. Unclean bath with hair and muck and smelly toilet. Poor English. Overall 1 star room & service for mid-range priced hotel.

The hotel is good and quite. Break fast is poor. Front office staff are friendly. They want there payment in advane every day. I will never come back to this hotel.

We used the hotel for relaxing during our stopover from Tanzania with Oman Air. Our daughter had birthday and the staff prepared the room with balloons, a cake and other decoration for just a little extra pay. Awesome experience for our little one when she opened the room. I want to thank Ciby especially for the perfect arrangement. All people very friendly and warmhearted. The restaurant was very good. Everything fresh, so it takes a while until it is done. But it is worth the wait.

Very large rooms. We were upgraded to the family suite. New Hotel with great showers. Everything extremely clean! The most friendly reception! Restaurant also good! we waited a little bit too long but food was good and freshly baked bread with humus was great.

New built hotel on the edge of Muscat — you need a rental car — but whatever the hotel in Muscat is necessary as taxis are too expensive. Very good value for the price. Those who have a light sleep will have problems with the city street in front of the hotel.
