Studio M Muscat

Overall the place is great for a quick stay. The room is big, except the shower pressure is a little bit weak, which still works for me. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Ali, the night manager, is always smiling and pleasant dealing with. We got a rental car and the hotel offers easy underground parking, for the location is great and we could easily get on high way. China market and discount store are a few steps away and great for bargaining shopping before your departure. Lulu hypermart is 5 minute by driving, where there is a huge supermarket for everyday use including food. However, highly recommended you rent a car. Otherwise, download Otaxi App to get taxi in order to hang around, walking or taking bus is not suggested.

Had a great 4-night stay here. First I got a room that was very noisy from the traffic as the window had no sound proofing. I asked to change rooms and got another that was quiet without any problem. The staff are all very nice and helpful, the breakfast good, the pool area nice, and the parking basement makes it easy to drive in and out. You also have restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Would love to stay again!

Our stay at Studio M Hotel was absolutely excellent. The rooms were very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt brand new. The staff were outstanding — especially Mr. Ashraf at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and always did his best to make sure everything was perfect for us.
The housekeeping team was very polite and maintained the room beautifully. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a good variety of options.
The swimming pools were clean, and the gym was well-equipped. The hotel’s location is very convenient — Nesto Hypermarket is within walking distance, making shopping very easy. Extra Stores and Al Bahja Mall are also close enough to walk to. City Centre Seeb is only about 7 minutes away by car. The hotel also has covered parking, which is a big plus.
I highly recommend this hotel. Honestly, 3 stars feel too low for such a great place!

We had an absolutely excellent experience at Studio M Muscat – this modern and stylish urban hotel in Al Seeb really impressed us from start to finish!
The property is beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel, comfortable public spaces, a lovely rooftop swimming pool with great city views, a well-equipped gym, and a good restaurant offering tasty international and halal dishes.
The location is very practical in North Al Hail, close to major shopping centres like Markaz Al Bahja and Muscat City Centre, with easy access to the airport and the rest of Muscat – especially convenient if you have a car.
The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. What made our stay truly special was the wonderful surprise upgrade we received! We had originally booked a standard room, but at check-in (possibly because it was a repeat booking or just excellent service), they kindly upgraded us to a spacious Urban One Bedroom Apartment.
It felt like a real home away from home, with plenty of extra space, a separate living area, kitchenette facilities, and everything brand new and perfectly maintained. It was such a generous and thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience even better.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout, always ready to help. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and overall cleanliness were flawless. This is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish, great-value stay in Muscat with a touch of luxury.

We had the pleasure of staying at Studio M Muscat this week. We checked out today from the hotel and our stay was nothing but fabulous. From the very polite and accommodating staff, the morning breakfast, the way the rooms are appointed and how guest requests are handled, everything is top notch. The property is modern, clean and has plenty of complimentary parking. We had made a special request to the management to give us a couple of bath towels to take with us to the beautiful beaches near Muscat, and they accommodated us without hesitation and even thanked us for letting them know rather than just taking the towels in our room. Definitely recommend the hotel and thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Studio M Muscat during our family road trip from Dubai to Oman, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We had booked two rooms, and everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and welcoming.
The location is excellent—very close to the airport and not too far from the main city. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it extremely convenient for families.
One of the best things about Studio M Muscat is how neat and clean the entire property is. Cleanliness was one of the biggest factors that impressed me. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. My kids enjoyed the stay a lot as well.
The hotel offers covered parking, which was very useful for us since we came by car from Dubai. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and stable throughout the stay, which is always important when traveling with family.
Their facilities are excellent—there’s a very good swimming pool and gym, plus separate gym and pool areas for ladies, which is a great advantage. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety of options.
Overall, Studio M Muscat gave us a perfect family stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, covered parking, strong Wi-Fi, great amenities, and a perfect location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muscat!

A great 3-star hotel. We stayed there for 6 nights.
The lady's pool was great, we enjoyed it lots.
The room was nice and clean.
The breakfast was great and varied.
The receptionists were friendly and kind.
But they charge way too much for the laundry.
All in all it was a great experience.

Studio M was an amazing hotel. The staff was kind, helpful, courteous, And went out of their way to provide us exponential service whenever we needed it! Ashraf, Adil, Nadeem, And the rest of the staff were simply exquisite when it came to delivering customer service wherever we needed it! I would definitely stay here again, And anytime I have guests in town I will recommend that they stay at studio and further out of this world Customer service experience. The breakfast bar was also top-notch. Every morning the chef made us fresh omelettes. There was an amazing coffee bar, amazing fruit, selection, and something for everybody. I recommend this place To anyone who’s looking for a quality customer service experience in Muscat Oman!

Me and my family had a wonderful staycation experience! From the moment I arrived, Ashraf at the front office greeted me with a genuine smile and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. His professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for the rest of my stay.
At the restaurant, Victor truly stood out with his attentive service and warm hospitality. He made sure that our breakfast was enjoyable and ensuring I felt well taken care of.
To be honest, initial planned was to stay only for 1 night but because we were taken care of, and the kids enjoy the place, we extended the stay and ended of 3 nights stay.
Overall, the hotel’s service, comfort, and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Mr. Ashraf and Victor for making my stay extra special.
