Highly highly recommend! Incredibly well maintained apartments. Fantastic house keeping service (thank you! ), apartments are impeccable, location convenient, lovely infinity pool, fantastic (women's) gym, food outlets in neighbouring Panorama mall (further 2 malls nearby), well stocked kitchenette. If I ever return to Muscat, I'd happily stay here again. If in Muscat do yourself a favour, and stay here.

The apartment rooms are very well equipped, clean and relatively quiet. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They gave us a late check out eventhough the room was supposed to be occupied by another guest. The location is very convenient as it is located in the same building as a mall. Therefore a supermarket is in the ground floor and a parking in the basement.

For first timers, it can be confusing locating your room since they have several towers but no worries, staff will guide you and show you the amenities along the way. Clean, big room, big fridge, kitchenette sufficient with stove, microwave, utensils the whole works. Washing machine works perfectly. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi but was fixed right away. Best thing it's connected to panorama mall, spinneys in the basement. Truly is a good deal.

A very good hotel. My second time to stay here. I recommend it to all. The swimming pool was small but enjoyable.

Had a wonderful 4 days with my children. Clean and tidy, very comfortable beds. Fantastic staff and friendly service. The Cannella cafe in the lobby has amazing food.

Excellent for long term stays. Superior customer care! Having a washer/dryer was a big advantage. It's connected to Panorama mall, a decent sized mall with a nice food court and supermarket.

Good place to stay before your flight home. Got a mall and a filling station attached to the building complex. Nice pool with infinite horizon view over Muscat. Friendly staff. Hotels kitchen has great food here as well (good cheeseburger especially! ). Spacious rooms with comfy beds and a kitchen provided if you need that (with microvave, stove and washing machine). Price is reasonable here.

Tasty food. Many options. Chairs indoor and outdoor but loudy music.

The room it's extremely nice but every day during mt stay there was brown water for 5 to 10 seconds in the bathroom. Another problem is the taxi drivers that they chose to be their partner. No English, expensive and no taximeter! Thanks god that I found another taxi who drove me for the full week.

Nice place. Clean. Helpful staff. Wi-Fi is bad actually. Limited TV channels. Windows are closed all the time.

Great rooms at excellent prices. Fantastic location, right in the heart of Muscat. Makes more sense than staying in a hotel.

Very good, but sound ingress could be a problem if your neighbours don't know how to keep the noise down. Seals on windows and doors also allow noise pass-through as they are all I'll fitting.

Had a lot of difficulties the key didnt work we didnt have the lobbys number there where no tissue the balconies door was broken and we didnt have internet. The place was nice but it didnt have to fix these problems.

Amazing place to stay, very helpful staff, large hotel but accessible by lifts. This wonderful aparthotel is fully equipped for a short or long stay. Room service available and cleaning everyday if required. A short distance from the airport and plenty to do and see around the area, very close to the muscat mall but there is actually a mall attached to the hotel with lifts for guests only so you have a local supermarket for last minute bits and bobs. The pool area is a delight, there are his and her gym and steam room/ sauna facilities, every inch is clean and tidy, the staff can’t do enough to help and give such a pleasurable stay, particularly Romina and Sharratt (the happiest housekeeper I have ever met).

Excellent Apartment Hotel in Muscat.

This is a big modern hotel, fairly obvious it was built very recently. My room was more of an apartment with a lounge area and a kitchen rather than just a hotel. The location is great giving access to shops, and malls. The location isn't in quite a tourist area. It's in an urban area surrounded by hotels, and malls.

Really nice rooms. Comfortable and relaxing. Way out could be a little tricky because you have to ride 2 elevators and I got lost 2 times.

It's a good decent hotel. Staff is very good and co operative.

My office accomodation for almost like a month so it became my home. It has a mall in the basement and ground floor has a departmental store spinnys you could get almost everything there, get veggies mear from there and cook at your room of hotel or you can have food it has so many restaurants. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, ever.

I stayed for 18straight days. Pros. Has a mall, you could cook, washing machine, swimming pool is off the roof, breakfast is continental and its okay, staffs are too sweet. Wifi is good. Cons: Not close to a market or a happening area, hotel taxis charge high, only 1 litre of water provided and in case you need more you need to call the desk, TV is only for football. Thats it, do stay here its worth giving a try.

2. Takes multiple calls to get people to fix it.
3. Guess what, they have no clue why it's not working and the techies suggest I change the room.
4 Call the reception — "wait sir I'll call my manager" so now wait.
5. Suddenly it works but is too damn slow.

I stayed in a studio. Very comfortable. Facilities are good. I loved staying here. Only one thing I didn't like is the breakfast. Not professional. Badly mangaged.

The Somerset Panorama hotel is excellent. It's much better value for money than the big name hotels. Don't let the "no brand name" thing put you off. It has everything you need and I'd say is better than you might get from a big name. We are in an apartment style room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette. It's got a washer dryer, ceramic hob cooker, full size fridge, 2 smart flat screen TVs, a dining table and 4 chairs, and more. We are a family of 5 with young children under 5. Thumbs up.
