Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals

I had a very pleasant stay at Levatio Suites Muscat, a member of Radisson Individuals.
The room was spacious, which made the stay very relaxing. As a Radisson member, I was kindly allowed to check in earlier than usual, which I really appreciated after my early arrival.
The location is very convenient, close to Mall of Oman.
Special thanks to Fatma for her excellent service — she was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel was very good and in a great location. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the room service was excellent. Everything was tidy and comfortable. Raju was very helpful and always ready to assist us, which made our stay even better.

The breakfastt staff, Ali and Victor are very very friendly and polite and professional, they made the whole experience in Leviatio suites very comfortable. We love it here and it’s so easy to get around. Suites are clean and comfortable and all the staff including the room service hep, Bala, are very accommodating. Thank you for letting us have a lovely stay here.

Levatio suites was a good accomodation. Has good facilities however floors could have been kept cleaner throughout the hallways of the hotel. Breakfast was a highlight, with great free coffees. Ali and Faiz were very friendly and provided great service during breakfast.

I had a great overall stay at Levatio Studios. The rooms are incredibly spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. A special shoutout to Raju (helping us @ Room 3301), who was exceptionally helpful and made sure we were well taken care of—the staff here are truly a highlight.
A couple of things to note for future guests: the unit has no carpets at all. While this keeps it looking modern, it made it quite difficult for me to pray on the floor. Also, there was a faint, slightly strange smell in the living room; it wasn't strong or overwhelming, but it was noticeable.
Overall, a solid choice for the space and service!

We had an overall good time in Oman, and there were several positives about our stay at this hotel. Our cleaner, Mohammed Ripon, did an excellent job—he kept our room spotless throughout our stay and was always friendly and welcoming. The woman at reception who wore a headscarf was also very warm and helpful. In addition, the Bangladeshi team working during breakfast were consistently kind and attentive.
The breakfast itself, however, was quite limited. Fruit and an omelette were essentially the main options, so there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of variety.
One part of our stay that left us disappointed was our experience with the hotel taxi service. A curly-haired receptionist strongly encouraged us to use the hotel’s taxis, but the driver we were given DOUBLED the price during the trip despite an agreed-upon fare. This left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe as loam women and not fully supported. Based on this experience, I would recommend guests book another hotel.
Overall, while some staff members genuinely made our stay pleasant, the issues with the taxi arrangement affected our impression of the hotel.

Great hotel & very friendly lovely staff! A gentleman by the name of Dhushanthan had been cleaning our room for the duration of our stay and he was magnificent, we always had a spotless clean room and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything (extra towel or something for our child) thank you to all staff.

Perfect location, very central with easy access to any route and plenty to see and do within few minutes.
The accommodation was just perfect and supported by very respectful and professional staff. Knowledgeable and happy to guide individuals at the 24hr reception (Ahmed and Awatif). Whilst house keeping (Suraj) made sure the room was kept fresh and clean daily. The kitchen was fully functional and perfect for our needs. The catering team at Breakfast were superb, too. Very attentive and caring. Always greeting with a smile. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Mohammed Ripon was an amazing host while we stayed at the Levatio Raddisson Hotel. He always made sure that are rooms were immaculate, he made sure we did not run out of water tea bags soap etc. We stayed for 6 nights & he would always welcome us with a smile. Worth the price. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and had a cozy ambience. I especially liked the fact that most suites come with a small kitchen setup, making it ideal for families with kids.

We had a wonderful stay and unforgettable experience. The location was perfect for sight seeing rooms were clean. Thank you Sharon veera and bibin for the extra care and decorations thank you all I will comeback soon.
