All I wanted was a bucket of ice… 4 times I rang reception due to room service not answering their phone. I even went and asked in person. I was promised a bucket of ice and it NEVER arrived… A BUCKET OF ICE! SERIOUSLY! This hotel will take your money, give you a room key and then they don't care. We have stayed here before, but never again… Sad state of affairs.

Hotel don't care about people in quarantine. Even water is not available. Is not acceptable. Holiday in is a big nqle should take care on this.

Nice hotel, friendly atmosphere.

Very good client support. Buffet was excellent. Nice Indian vegetarian dishes too. The pool adjacent so nice pleasant view. Google the location to get there first time, as entry little confusing. All in all a good food experience! courteous staff as well, we were well attended to!

Good room service and good place great hotel.

Comfortable, quiet and modern. The staff was particularly helpful with coordinating transportation and wake-up calls for my crew in a changing situation. Probably deserves a fifth star, but I didn't get to stay long enough to avail myself of their amenities.

Nice place, they have the best rooms to offer although i've never been to this hotel but definitely its one of a kind here in oman.

Lovely hotel with kind staff fully air conditioned rooms and lovely pool. Room service wonderfully overpriced but don’t mind paying the extra for the speedy service and highly efficient staff. Towels, coffee, toiletries, mild laundry and water all provided free of charge in room.

I have just here for 3 nights with my family and honestly it is one of the best hotels I have been to 10/10! The staff were AMAZING and couldn't do enough for us, no job to small, they even delivered a birthday cake for my son free of charge :). There were lots of facilities to use such as; pool, gym, and super fast WI-FI. When I return to Oman, I will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU HOLIDAY INN!

Our tour was great and excellent. Staff was very friendly and ready to corporate. Environment was very calm and neat and clean. Their breakfast buffet was excellent, and full of different varieties. Our kids enjoyed alot especially their pool facility. We had a great fun there and love 2 go there again in future.

A very good hotel clean beautiful and the staff is excellent the room is extraordinary and the breakfast is perfect but for check-in time I got the room after one hour. And this is annoying.

Nice hotel with blazing fast Wi-Fi but they don't have any way to plug in a North American style plug and the adapters that they will kindly supply on request do not accept NA plugs. Other than that, a great hotel.

A bit odd considering they are an American hotel chain (or used to be anyway) and are right next to an international airport.

It's a very new hotel with speedy Wi-Fi standard. The breakfast is great, too, not just some weak continental breakfast, but with many options.

Went on business trip for 2 nights. Had a very pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and service are quick.

The Holiday Inn, Seeb is very convenient for the airport, there is a good swimming pool, the rooms, all with king-sized beds are very comfortable, the staff are extremely friendly and couldn't do more to help you. The buffet breakfast is first class and, unusually for Oman, pork is available.

Coffee shop has got a great ambience. Menu has got some good options. Pastries were well liked by some of my colleagues. Staff is friendly though a bit sparse. The place is extremely well laid out. A bit out of the way if you have work in the main city but very close to the airport. Thought it was close to the flight path of the airport. Entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing and so is the exit.

A good hotel that provides a good service and comfortable surroundings. The facilities available are just what someone travelling for business needs.

Best Holiday inn I have stayed in. People are great, very polite, food is exceptional and very clean. The theme nights are awesome, they reallt go all out, had the surf and turf, all kinds of fish, stakes, chicken, stir fry… you name it they had it.

This was a lovely place to stay, had all the amenities you would need. Bar/resturant, Resturant, swimming pool, Gym and plenty of meeting/office space to cater for small to medium size groups. The rooms were immaculate, in fact hotel was immaculate. Food, breakfast was from around the world, so fantastic choice. The food in the Bar/Resturant was again great, good size selection of foods to choose from. The staff were a delight, from front of house through to house keeping. Always a smile on faces, a welcome as we passed. My only slight negative which does not detract from my stay. There needs to be antislip put in the shower area, I unfortunately slipped after a shower and broke 2 bones in my foot as I connected with the shower door.

Just imagine that I was waiting more the 15 min only to reach the main entry of the hotel. Most time entry blocked by guests and visitors cars. There is no one from the hotel taking care of this serious issue. The parking are is poorly designed. Also there is no proper isolation in rooms windows and room was very noisy. Only the requested decoration for the room was perfect. But I was disappointed about everything else.

I did not stay in the hotel overnight. I just had a meal in Halwa cafe with friends. I liked the ambient very much. It was fairly quiet on a Thursday night. An Asian waitress served us who was so helpful. I visited downstairs restaurant and bar as well which were not as gd as Halwa cafe.

The hotel is new and rooms are really nice. Proximity to airport and rusayl industrial area make it an ideal choice. Much better than the nearby golden tulip which is relatively old with worn out rooms.

The location need to be updated, the hotel new and very clean. Employees are so nice.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at, the only time they do maintenance and very loud drilling noise is at night time without notice. It's 7pm at night time after work and some fuctard is heavily drilling and when I contacted the hotel about the noise they lied to me it'll be finished in 30 minutes. I can't wait to check out what a total disappointment at least do hotel maintenance in the morning not at night. Second night in a row maintenance is going on at night.

I have membership almost 2years now in health club and swimming pool I hope many years 2 come and the restaurant service is fast and very good. Wish you all the best.

Service at this hotel is impeccable throughout. From management, to room service and, most notably, the top-notch, professional care provided by the basement-level restaurant staff. Food at the restaurant is delicious and very well prepared, but the attentive care from the staff will leave you remarking about it days after your visit. E. G. My colleague has gluten sensitivities and the restaurant staff noted this immediately on the first day and very proactively provided gluten free options without any asking at every subsequent meal during our week there. It was most impressive. I've been twice so far and plan to keep this my standard option when staying in Muscat.

Nice and comfortable stay. Not a very crowded place. There is a good Indian food restaurant very close. Also couple of malls nearby.

Recommend for a Short business trip travelers… I've stayed for 1 night, Location: for me it was a good location near Airport (a bit fat from Center of Muscat) New shops & outlets has recently opened… 2 min by Car, maybe 5-10 min walking. Reception: we have reached the hotel at around 10.30 pm, the receptionist was so friendly, helpful & fast… We are pleasant of her hospitality … Thank you Mrs Amal. Accommodation: I really like it & felt comfortable. My rating has been made for several things, along with my experience. It may differs from another guest.

Nice hotel accommodation and very near the Muscat International Airport.

Food is great, but hotel is far from city center. Not very good if you're in Muscat on a business travel.
