We stayed here in August 2018 during Khareef season. When we arrived after driving for 14 hours from Dubai, we were told that they don't have our reservation and it was cancelled. I booked the room through booking. Com and had a confirmation email. After speaking to the manager, they finally gave us a room. The room was extremely dirty, hair everywhere on the floor, on the bed, the pillowcases. After complaining, they sent someone to clean it who took 2 minutes to only mop a small area on the floor and gave us new pillow cases which we had to put on ourselves. The AC broke down at night and we were told that the technician is not available until tomorrow morning and that they don't have any other rooms and please bear with us for tonight. The price we paid was extremely high for the service we received.

The hall was hot as the air conditioning wasn't set properly. At dinner time, there weren't enough plates for the guests. I ended up eating on a quarter plate (appetizer plate). Also, since the hall is in the basement, there is no cell reception in the area.

Very good hotel with sports club and swimming pool.

I liked it, clean and service is good.

Very near Salalah International Airport. Cost of rooms are moderate and affordable. Breakfast served, healthy food. Really a good place to stay for a short or long visit. Rooms are good.

Rooms were good and service was fine. Spent very less time there, but everything seems fine.

The apartment was smelly, the kitchen was too small with no cabinet or utinsels and the breakfast was mostly Indian and doesn't taste good. They need to consider visitors from other nationalities.

An average hotel, But Number if rooms are more. Average rooms and rate. Budget Hotel.

If you are not expecting good service then you can opt for this Hotel. For housekeeping you need to request in prior. For additional towels or any other requirements they have not responded. This hotel would be right choice for only sleeping.

Very good place to stay near to all attractive site of the buitiful Salalah city. Only about 10 to 15 minutes drive from salalah port and about the same from the international airport.

We can not say that it is bad to such a degree but the hotel is really weak in terms of air conditioning and the Internet, and in terms of cleanliness is somewhat acceptable compared to the price of the room. Thank you.

Very bad in Wi-Fi. Other things are ok. Place is also fine.

For a new hotel, this has to be one of the worse I have stayed in for many years and I have travelled to many countries. Comfort, there isn't any. If you want to sleep on the floor, it is softer than the bed, in 5 nights, I only slept on the bed once, rest on the couch. Still not comfortable but better than the bed.
Safety… where does one start, well the fire alarm is telling me that there are fires in the basement and ground floor and problem on the 4th, you have a washing machine half in the shower with you, no non-slip mat for coming out of the shower onto the tiled floor.
Not sure where the maids are, was away for 5 hours with the room service sign displayed and still nothing.
