Nice clean hotel with all the needed facilities: swimming pool, gym, steam room, good Wi-Fi, comfortable room with big bathroom. The staff is pleasant and the quality of the breakfast is great. I've enjoyed my stay there.

Very good ambience and service. Staff there are very helpful and cooperative. Pool is decent and I would opt to stay there while visiting salalah next time.

The hotel is really good in general but it lacks sound proofing, the pool and the gym are a bit small. But overall pleasant stay.

Good location. New hotel. Very clean rooms, restaurant, bathrooms and lounge. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking availabe, but not shaded, such as basement. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to Salalah.

I had the pleasure staying at the Intercity Hotel Salalah, Oman from January 20th to 25th January 18 It was a sheer pleasure from the start to the end Even arriving early in the morning, the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful and nothing was ever too much for them to be of any assistance. A special thank you goes to Mr Christy IOB, who runs the place like a clockwork and always with a smile, he even tries to learn the german language in his own time to provide a even better service. I would suggest the Steigenberger Hotels should reward such enthusiasm and support people like him. As a single female traveller I always felt safe, comfortable and respected. I would also recommend the 5 Star Tours as they have the office in the foyer. I booked 4 tours with Mr Afsar and I cannot praise him enough. He was always professional, punctual, respectful and polite. Yes, I strongly recommend the Intercity Hotel in Salalah, Oman and hopefully will be there again in near future. Thank you to every member of the staff, you made my holiday comfortable and unforgettable. Shukran.

فندق جميل 3 نجوم لكن فى الحقيقه هو فى مستوى 4 نجوم. يوجد gym و swimming pool. ومطعم … خدمه جيده وغرف نظيفه. الفندق جديد تم افتتاحه قبل عام واحد يقع فى منطقه مميزه (السوق المركزى) قلب المدينه. له اطلاله مباشره على مسجد السلطان قابوس. وقريب جدا مسافه دقيقه واحده سيرا على الاقدام من km مول

Strategically located in the heart of the city. Rooms are good and well maintained. Food quality can be improved.

A wonderful German chain 3 star hotel at convenient location with very customer friendly staff. A quite place to stay, very clean rooms… Very good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Also economic rates. A good option for local as well as foreign tourists. Keep it up.

It is a great place to vist if you want to go on a vacation there is no noise there is a pool but not a big one water is provided in every room.

سلام عليكم الغرفة رائعة وقريبة من السوق و مسجد قابوس لاكن في كم شغلة مخربه الانارة ليست كفاية في الليل ويجب احضار معداتك للحمام فوطة شامبو معجون اسنان وهكذا راح يكون افضل

This German-chain hotel is very clean and modern. The customer service was very good. They have a restaurant that serves a large breakfast buffet with many options. They also serve a dinner buffet (for an additional fee) that has decent food, but is a little pricey. The fitness center and pool on the top floor is clean, but I had trouble getting the air conditioning to work. They do not serve alcohol in this hotel.

Rooms huge restaurant excellent espresso coffee is a real espresso… great Prices! Good location for exploring the city on foot. Excellent for both holiday and work.
