We rented in this resort on our way back from Salalah, the hotel is clan and calm. There is a great beach walking distance. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and no breakfast service available, and the swimming pool was not operational. However, our stay was great, and we enjoyed the calm and serenity of the place. There is a fish restaurant close to the hotel, serving excellent food.

The receptionist and the staff of this hotel are so helpfull, friendly and sympa. The location directly at the sea is great, you hear thr waves and the wind and the gulls. Its a new place so still some work has to be done. Pool was not ready yet.

A wonderful stay.
We discovered this hotel during our motorcycle trip to Salalah. The first two days were so relaxing that we decided to check in for another three days on our way back to Muscat.
The manager, Abdullah is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel at home.
Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.
We especially appreciated having a kettle and a fridge in the room.
A real highlight is the seating area overlooking the sea: we were lucky enough to spot dolphins twice, right before sunrise!
The location is perfect and the restaurants and shops in Mirbat are partly within walking distance.
Thank you for everything Manager Mr. Abdullah and Aminul, we highly recommend this hotel!
