The staff is helpful and friendly but overall place is a disgrace. I don't recommend it at all. Couldn't sleep because of noise.
After paying visit at the turtle reserve at Ras Al Hinz turtle reserve, we happen to take 2 rooms on this particular Ras Al Hadd Holiday Resort which was over about 15-20mnts from the turtle reserve. The manager in the front office pasted a welcome smile and after having the formalities done handed over the key to us. The all awaited question was presented to him — = so the Wi-Fi and the password__? = Are those the one posted here on the reception…? . . The well experienced staff with a plastic smile was good enough to let us know that — the username and password for the valuable Wi-Fi is available only at the lobby. And for the rooms that u took with Omani riyal is with out Wi-Fi…, And bearing that with a heavy heart we set forward to seek our rooms to rest Someone knocked at our door. A bangali was at the door who smells like hell and without asking permission he came directly came inside the room where my other family members were resting. And he said to change the room. . . . From this I understand that This particular resort doesn't respect privacy Then Cheked the drawers and the wash room . In the drawer their was a hair drier that was used by someone and not cleaned properly and was oily to touch. In the washroom — their were toiletries except for for dental kit. I called the front office since the housekeeping was not answering the call.

Nice beach to spend time and turtle watch also nice, Hotel stay is nice and restaurant staff also handling very decent.
