Dont ever try to book here not a good hotel room is full of dirt restrooms are not clean even staff not good not approachable avoid this hotel once we get in the hotel there are too much dust and dirty beds.

Please repair Telephone line. I am trying to call you since yesterday. I can hear you but you are not able to hear me. I tried from 3 different numbers to call you but same fate.

I personally had a great experience here, largely due to the outstanding hotel manager, the highly professional and responsive Mr. Hazem Elmallah.
In terms of value for money, this hotel checked all marks. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom quite large.
I had read reviews that complained about the Wi-Fi, but was told that you get choppy coverage only on the large multi-bedroom suites, where not all areas get Wi-Fi coverage.
I took a single room, and the internet was fast and reliable.
The air conditioning worked perfectly and everything was well arranged when I arrived with 2 water bottles in the room as well.
There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (walking distance) or shops, but Sohar City Centre mall is just a 7-minute drive away, and you kind find everything you could possibly need there.
I paid more for a room in an isolated area near the Hatta border yesterday that can't even remotely be compared to this one. This place is like the Ritz in comparison! 😁
Outstanding value for money and a good location close to town and the mall. I'm a very pleased customer.
Mr. Hazem made my visit exceptional and is highly commended for his dedication to customer satisfaction and for going out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Hotel is great near to city sohar, its a great vibe.

To begin with! The hotel is situated in a remote area and offers a descent amount of service considering the location and the area. It’s practically the best place to stay if you’re travelling to Muscat or if you’re in Oman on a short trip. The rooms were clean and had hot running water at all times. May not be the best but it’s the cheapest in the area. There are restaurants and shopping centre's nearby and you could also call in for delivery. The hotel provides high speed internet facility!

We had a wonderful stay at the SH Hotel! The room was clean and well maintained. There was hot water, very nice shower. The bed was comfortable as well. The man at the front desk was so kind and very welcoming, we enjoyed talking with him.
