Please repair Telephone line. I am trying to call you since yesterday. I can hear you but you are not able to hear me. I tried from 3 different numbers to call you but same fate.

I personally had a great experience here, largely due to the outstanding hotel manager, the highly professional and responsive Mr. Hazem Elmallah.
In terms of value for money, this hotel checked all marks. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom quite large.
I had read reviews that complained about the Wi-Fi, but was told that you get choppy coverage only on the large multi-bedroom suites, where not all areas get Wi-Fi coverage.
I took a single room, and the internet was fast and reliable.
The air conditioning worked perfectly and everything was well arranged when I arrived with 2 water bottles in the room as well.
There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (walking distance) or shops, but Sohar City Centre mall is just a 7-minute drive away, and you kind find everything you could possibly need there.
I paid more for a room in an isolated area near the Hatta border yesterday that can't even remotely be compared to this one. This place is like the Ritz in comparison! 😁
Outstanding value for money and a good location close to town and the mall. I'm a very pleased customer.
Mr. Hazem made my visit exceptional and is highly commended for his dedication to customer satisfaction and for going out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Poor Wi-Fi connection.
Android TV available but not connected to the Wi-Fi.
Cleaness is very good. Worth for the price.
