Our room on the 4th floor was comfortable and spacious with views of the sea and Sur.

After leaving Wadi Shab, we decided to stop and explore the nearby city of Sur. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and made us feel very welcome.

They do their best — it's an older hotel with no lift but the room is comfortable and it's in a good location. The manager, Mr Nasser, was very friendly.

We had an amazing stay at the Sur beach Holiday resort. The rooms are great and the bathrooms was spotless. The breakfast is above average but we loved the Indian food served in there restaurant.

The staff is supportive, but needs to take measures of cleanliness as I got the room with bedbugs, so changed it after spending couple of hours in it. But the second room was good with beautiful view

I would have loved to have this setup in Muscat. We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and a bedroom all to ourselves.

Sparkling clean. We really enjoyed the communal areas that are living room style with tea corner and balconies overlooking the sea — at every floor.

Spotlessly clean hotel with good sized rooms. Views from the terraces. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. Can order supper and breakfast at great prives and he will have it delivered.

Perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, this well priced hotel is a great stop if you're planning an early walk up the wadi to the incredible cave pool.
