My wife and I stayed at the NorefjellHytta Restaurant & Overnatting, and we had a truly wonderful experience! Our room was adorable and cozy with incredible views of Lake Krøderen down below. But the best part of our experience was the unforgettable Norwegian culinary experience Chef Aslak prepared for us that consisted of moose, duck, monk fish, shrimp, and scallops paired with delicious wines. (The meal was so amazing that I forgot to take pictures of each plate with the exception of the dessert and breakfast! ) Aslak was a very gracious host who accommodated our culinary needs and tastes, and he also was very interesting to talk to about Norway. We highly recommend NorefjellHytta Restaurant & Overnatting both for dinner and an overnight stay. It was wonderful during the summer, and in the winter it must be unbelievable (especially for skiers).
