We had an amazing stay The staff is super attentive and friendly. The room was nice, and there was a note to me from Gucci (the Mascot dog) ❤ laying on the bed. The staff was super helpful on how to get to the city of Oslo. The bus is right outside. Looking forward to the next stay.

I went in summer. Room very hot no ac. Fan only. Staff young and helpful busy hotel sometimes car park big. Location = you must drive to get anywhere.

Hotel could be better. You can clearly see that the hotel had a better time. Sometimes it looks very worn out and you don't put a lot of effort into maintaining the outdoor facilities and cleanliness in the hotel and rooms. The room with its beds is sufficient, but there is an unhygienic carpet in it and furniture is damaged. The bathroom was still the best of the room. But good average is the hotel nothing outstanding — nowadays that is not enough. If you want to enjoy a more upscale standard and are looking for a more hygienic hotel, you should look for something else.

It was a standard hotel, clean and competent. The restaurant was quite good. Unfortunately I had an early leave time (04:45) so I wasn't able to check out the breakfast buffet : (The one weird thing was that I wasn't allowed to check in until 15:00 (not just can't go to a room, but can't check in) but they allowed me to sit in the lounge until then (about 1-1/2 hours iirc) and they had a cooler filled with soda and sandwiches I could buy for lunch.

Room where I stayed was small. No Air Conditioner in room. Was very hot in night. Fans are not available for all rooms. Also the fans are very small.

A cozy, clean hotel with good cuisine.

Good place and the walkway leads directly to the beach and entertainment.

I had a very nice stay in this hotel, I really enjoyed the location as it's easy to go for a nature run and reach the waterfront! The restaurant and breakfast were really nice! And the personal very friendly. Rooms were good but on the small side.

Room is too small, but breakfast is very good. Staff also nice and friendly.

Very tasty food! Nice to have an ice cream machine at our disposal. Good service. The location and the style of the hotel is a little less than premium, but that is the only reason for not grading it higher.

Hotel is a bit outdated. The bar tender sadly doesn't know how to mix cocktails. However the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast bufe is amazing. The opening times of the restaurant are rather silly making it hard to catch a quick meal if you have to run to other appointments.

Average hotel. Was good for our conference but a bit far out of you are in the country as a tourist. Also the room I was in had quite small rooms and small beds.

Hôtel is nice. Attendants are really nice. Rooms are OK. The restaurant and breakfast is really good.

Very good hotel with super service and atmosphere. The Hotel have nice rooms that are newly renovated… and one more thing this hotel is very close to The Well. So this hotel is a good Choice :)

Fine og moderne konferanse rom, men hotellet bærer preg av å være gammelt. Maten er bra, men de kunne gjerne investert I å pusse opp toalettene.

You need a car. Dinner was a disaster yesterday.
Edit: I've been 4 nights and the thing has been getting better. Attentive and friendly staff. The remaining dinners have been good. Freshly renovated. It's nice to rectify criticism not very good the truth.

Excellent place to stay. However. There is no kettle or tea making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee is free downstairs near the reception location. Breakfast is amazing. Every staff is very helpful.

Nice hotel, newly renovated rooms. Only reason for not giving 5 stars are a breakfast not to my liking. But it's not bad.

Booked a room for 2 adults and a 7 year old, got a double room with 3 single beds in it which would have been ok if there where any space for it, there is no space for table by any of the beds which is really annoying and the lamp above one of the bed is right over my head and I keep hitting my head on it, it should be over the head on one of the sides the confirmation mail states we booked a triple room… to little space for 3 beds in here, have 2 nights left so hope to focus on other things now so this doesnt take to much focus off our trip.

Good location by the woods, not too much ambient traffic noise. The rooms are clean, nice standard and comfortable, although a two bed room is exactly that — a bed and sparsely space to move around. The staff is service minded and polite, always with a smile. Will visit again.

Ok hotel near Oslo! This hotel is situated in Kolbotn, just outside Oslo. Its really in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect anything being nearby. I've stayed here overnight many times and it does the job. Not so much more. Friendly staff, clean rooms and ok breakfast. Plus for free parking and free Wi-Fi. The restaurant and the bar opens at 6pm and is also ok but I recommend checking the menu in advance if you plan to have dinner here. Mostly workingpeople in the weeks since it's nearby several business-areas.

Parts of the hotel look a bit worn, but the service was good, and people friendly.

Convenient location if you're headed to the Orkla offices — hardly a 5 minute walk from there. Otherwise bang in the middle of no where, no restaurants/ bars close by, and the rooms were rather dated too. Loved the hot tea/ coffee in the reception area.

Staff very friendly. Bath rooms look worn out and outdated. Located close to the bay in walking distance.

Good to stay. No problem. This is just over night stay. Free Wi fi is of great communication. Food is mostly sea food. Rooms r not so spacious. Staying in group by Chariot, India.
