Nice hotel design with space saving shower screen. Unfortunately they failed to design a drop off canopy to prevent the rain to wet you the moment you exit the main entrance! This is something I never seen at any good hotel!

At our first stay there was no baby bed that was promised – had to asks it again after arrival. On our second stay our room did not have toilet paper and no hot water was coming from shower. Not very nice when coming late and tired and your can't take a shower or relieve oneself. At reception they didn't even apologise the situation. When I said that normally you are offered at least a discount, the officer just disappeared saying nothing. Otherwise the pace was clean and nice.

Stayed for a meeting and dinner. Meeting facilities are excellent and there is good access to coffee, tea and water in the conference area. Dinner was less of a positive experience. Tasty smoked salmon entrees, but main course was a disappointment. Very dry and leathery roast pork : (Friendly staff though. Location is good for meetings close to Oslo Airport but you need to use a coach to get there and its €7 one way!

Nice hotel, simple rooms but well maintained, comfortable, and nice. The staff were very helpful, included breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the shuttle bus from the airport is very convenient.

Very nice room, good size, but without basic convenience like kettle, tea, etc. Ironing board an iron provided though. Own car park, free for hotel guests. About the best breakfast I ever had in any Scandinavian hotel. Shuttle bus to the airport available.

A small hotel near the airport. There is a transfer departing from platform 39 s55. The rooms are not large, but clean. There is no kettle in the room, but there is hot water on the ground floor. Breakfast is not a bad choice. Be quiet. There is a gym, a bar on the ground floor.

This was a great hotell in many ways.   The receptionists were professional and helpful, the restaurant staff attentive and friendly and the rooms were impeccably clean. But lets talk about the breakfast, it was fantastic! There were loads of choices, all from fresh fruit to eggs cooked to perfection. One extra big plus is their glutenfree section, which is off the main serving part of the restaurant, with bread, muffins, our own granola and our own butter. Well done!

Rooms were nice. Clean and tidy, with enough space, a tv, and a small safe. The breakfast was very tasty, and not crowded. The service was great, and the hotel was close to the airport. Nothing to complain about actually.

The staff were five stars. Hotel room 3. Sound insulation was not good. Can hear loud steps and conversations in the corridor and steps from the room above. As well toilets and showers.

Great and moderne place, with good service. The rooms are good, and the staff is nice and kind.

Very nice modern hotel. The breakfast offer is very rich. The bathroom in the room is a little sparse and cold. The carpet in the hallway direction room is very dirty and expired. The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle bus is half hour.

Other than the expensive shuttle service, the hotel was decent and good for a quick stay.

Very small room. Very disappointing food. Uncomfortable beds. Too far from airport. We'd were just stopping overnight, going from Oslo to Kirkenes. The shuttle bus was infrequent so we took a taxi — got ripped off.

Nice hotel. Very open and spacious with roaring fires. Decor is ultra modern and is like an ikea showroom!

Close to the airport with shuttle busses running three times an hour. Rooms were clean and modern and the eating options were amazing. Especially the complimentary breakfast buffet. Nice personel and good service. Low water pressure in the shower, but I would still go back! I really recommend it.

A classic airport hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and made sure there was something to eat at 4am when we had to leave. But some juice and a cup of coffee would have been nice too. Scandic has two separate hotels near the airport, both conveniently named after the airport (Scandic Gardermoen & Scandic Airport Hotel) we were lucky to realise where we had to go but someone else didn't and had to take an expensive taxi to his correct hotel. It would be good for Scandic to change these names to slightly more different names to avoid confusion and annoy their customers.

Hotel close to the airport. First shuttle to 4h08 then rotate every 10 min. Good hotel. High price.

Great and somewhat cheap hotel close to the airport. Excellent breakfast. Remember that the airport shuttle wants 140NOK each way.

The hotel is nicely designed, a short bus journey from the airport, quiet and comfortable. Check in is very efficient with friendly multi-lingual staff, and the breakfast is excellent. When I realised that I did not have a power cable for my laptop, the very helpful lady at reception even managed to find one to lend me. Will definitely return.

Nice modern hotel with spacious meeting venue. Lunch was good and plenty. Friendly staff. Short trip with shutlebus from the Airport (pretty expensive though at 70 nok)

Good breakfest, Nice rooms. Not quite sure if the climate control worked, but I was able to pop a window. The room was sound proofed quite Good, so the nearby airport weren't an is due.

Were only here for one night. Great room and Hervorrah food. Very friendly staff.

Tried the family junior suite. Very nice stay in all. Large room with adjustable beds. Early breakfast from 0400.

Find it intrusive. Comfy room very clean well stocked. No kettle but you can get tea or coffee at a station in reception any time. Well appointed hotel with a warm welcome friendly staff who are proud of their hotel. You don't get breakfast You get a feast fit for a king. We loved it.

This very convenient hotel, just 5 minutes by bus from the airport. Very nice and clean The room was very nice but small for 4 people. The restaurant also has a menu for children. Great breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and salty.

Good establishment, first step of a 6 day circuit. Room large enough and clean. Excellent buffet meal.

Small and easy hotel. Room and price was reasonable. Nice bartenders who seemed to enjoy their work.

Breakfast was amazing but the room was lacking. It was incredibly difficult to open the door to the bathroom from the inside (multiple family members had to get help to get out). The toilet was uncomfortably high, there wasn't a real door on the shower, so water got everywhere and their twin bunk beds were not long enough for me to lay fully out on (I'm 5'8"). For as expensive as the place is, the room should be perfect.

All fancy nifty design and furnitures offcourse, but tiny hot rooms with no heat control, impossible to open windows (noisy airport) but most importantly… there was no hot water in the room, I had to take a cold cold shower getting a painfull ache in my neck from attempting to get the shampoo out in the sub-zero temperatured water … I would have complained, but the other guests told similiar tales so I suppose they heard it a few times already… Food was good, xept the dinner they served was as tender as a rubber band… oh well, they had nice looking sofas and chairs…, and that is all that matters in a modern hotel, rite? :)

Great place for events — elegant and useful; love the lounge with "customizable" music + afterparties with no time limit ;)

On arrival we were greeted by friendly and informative staff. Our room was small but very clean and tidy. The bed was also comfortable and good quality linen. We stayed over night and had breakfast. The staff were very helpful in the dinning area and there was a good selection of well cooked and tasty food.

Good hotel. Food is ok too. Staff is friendly. The only thing is location. Be prepared for 70NOK for a bus ticket for the Airport. Too expensive for 5-10 min bys trip.

Good hotel, although the sound isolation of the rooms could be better… lots better!
