God service, hyggelig og behjelpelige ansatte! Flott hotell og fine rom! God mat!
WORST…! Clarion Hotel ever. Service was so bad First, we had to wait hours before we could get our room, although reservation had been made directly to hotel and a Nordic Choice Club member. Secondly, the first room that had been assigned to us was (miserable) on the 5th floor (room 555) window facing the main road (Rv32), no AC so it’s hot that you need to open the window and hear all the cars that passing. My husband complained and at first he was informed that there’s no more available rooms, then afterwards he was offered on the 3rd floor (room 346) same side of the building less noise, but still not the ideal room to relax. I thoroughly my room was a little cold. But it’s in the new building and probably still getting this right.
