The menu includes eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, various cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, croissants, and coffee. However, there are occasional complaints that items are not always promptly replenished and that the coffee can sometimes be too watered down.

The rooms are designed in a modern, minimalist style, though many guests describe them as very compact, comparing them to ship cabins or trailer homes. Feedback on the beds varies from very comfortable to overly firm with poor pillows. Soundproofing draws noticeable complaints: guests mention pipe noise, engine hums, creaking floors, and hearing neighboring rooms. Some guests also noted ventilation issues, which made rooms uncomfortably hot (reaching up to 35°C+).

Cleanliness reviews are mixed. Many guests praise the modern, clean rooms and bathrooms. At the same time, there are complaints about stray hairs on the bed and in the shower drain, smudged mirrors, dust in corners, and even nail clippings on the floor. Dirty hallways and public areas were also mentioned. Some guests noted an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom or a stale sweat odor from the bed linens.

Rooms are equipped with Chromecast-enabled TVs and plenty of electrical outlets. The bathrooms are very compact and feature a shower with good water pressure, soap, and shampoo. Hairdryers, extra towels, toilet paper, and irons are located at communal self-service stations in the lobby rather than inside the rooms. Some guests also noted the absence of a refrigerator in certain rooms.

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi, which guests describe as reliable and well-functioning. A games area with board games is available in the lobby, which guests appreciate as a pleasant bonus.
