Value for money is not right!
— few, not always clean toilets
— very noisy due to permanent car traffic through the plant
— Pitches very uneven and sloping, partly muddy / completely crazy meadow, partly gravel
— Wi-Fi hardly works / does not work
— Kiosk completely overpriced and not fresh
— Staff not friendly
— Shower to be paid extra
— no waste separation
— with about 40, — in the camper (1 person) per day for this place not justified at all.

Very nice place for day trips and camping.

There was no body guard at the pool area, the people serving the food were grumpy, and not very co-operative when it comes to allergies. There was little to buy from the store at Skottevik. There was multiple times where we had to leave to get what we wanted to eat, or could eat. There is no way to open the gates between 11pm and 8am, unless you call the "emergency number" that is only listed on the reception where the gate and main enterance is. The night guard that was supposed to answer the phone, did not. Nor did he speak the local language, and poor English. He said that he did not answer the phone because he was sleeping, and the fact that it was an unknown number. To me, this is unacceptable. This is what I think of Skottevik Feriesenter, and how they run. I think that the administration really needs to sit down and figure things out. Your stay may differ from mine.

Very big campsite that we liked very much. The ladies at the reception very friendly, helpful and partly also German speaking.
The pitches for motorhome/caravans are generously designed, but we were there in the low season.
The sanitary facilities very clean, perhaps a little too scarce for the high season. One more note about the showers and why there were only 4 stars for this campsite. 15 kronor for 5 minutes showering is already happily even by Norwegian standards. And you can't regulate the water strength or the — temperature yourself. Sorry that can't be done at all and is more likely to be herbend level.
For a fishing holiday, short break with a visit to Lillesand or Kristiansand, a stopover for campers arriving by ferry, absolutely recommended. For a longer stay rather not thought.

Awesome place great facilities went on a school trip there very fun.

A little bit of the years. In good weather as a place to stay, it is safe to stay worth an overnight stay. Price performance unbalanced.
The complex is beautifully built to the rocky foothills of the coast and blends harmoniously into the landscape. The cottages are close together, but as such they are very useful — albeit rudimentary. For families, the holiday centre is certainly a choice, as playground and other offers on the plaza, such as swimming pool and small baby pool. ; both, by the way, unheated. ;-)
For campers, there is a concrete footprint on the site, which at the same time functions as a kind of main crossing for pedestrians. All in all, this seems a bit uninspired and loveless. There are other cascaded pitches for campervans in front of the main building. Unfortunately without ocean views or any other visual attraction.

During our stay there was no camper to be seen here.
FAZIT: The location by the sea is good and attractive. The offer for children is quite ok.
Possibilities of use, space and ambience of the houses could be better.

In front of the main building there are further cascaded parking spaces for motorhomes. Unfortunately without sea view or any other visual attraction.
The reception building with adjoining event Hall is overlooking the hotel.
During our stay there was no camper to see.
Conclusion: The location by the sea is good and attractive. The offer for children is quite ok.
Possibilities of use, space and ambiance of the houses could be better.

IT is such aber nice place for diving.

Huge disappointment. Never to return.

A great place for family vacation. Pools, scuba, beach, boat rental, playgrounds and much more. Very good service as well.

Very nice place for children and adult. Swimmingpool, play graunds, diving, restaurant, beach, rocks and the sea We are coming back for sure.

In the Nebnenzeit, it is nice and quiet. You can rent boats for fishing. Toilet are clean, not all open. Showers cost 10 kr, unfortunately, the Store is there, not open bad with shopping is something away. Otherwise okay. For children Playground, football field and swimming Pool outside. A Great Landscape.

Great dive shop and great Diving!

Skottevik Feriesenter is a very good investment for a fishing and/or family vacation. Cosy apartments and solid boats. Of course, the offer of Fisherman-fishing trips, the cheapest organizer with 1a Service. Same Online, get a free quote at fisherman-fishing trips. De.

The place itself was okay. Indifferent staff, fair housing, nice enough nature and beaches. The restaurant, though! Restaurant Brygga! Never did I expect this admittedly lovely looking little place to be where I would eat my favourite fish soup, and maybe the best Moules Frites I have ever eaten. So shockingly good was the food that I went back the next day and ordered more of the same, although I really wanted to sample the fish as well. If you are in the Kristiansand area, sneak into this camping site and run to Brygga. The sea food is worth it. I have eaten seafood in Lofoten, London (lovely fish and chips), Oslo, Ålesund, Lyon, Monaco, Paris, Marseille etc etc, and this unassuming little restaurant ranks among my favourites.

Apparently the peak season had passed because the restaurant and shop were closed. Nice location by the sea but the apartment could have been a bit more "up to date"
