Nice place to stay in Oslo. Near to public transport.

Very nice, quiet, clean hotel, breakfast is a plus.

Great breakfast, good Family room (excellent price-to-value ratio) — maybe we very lucky with the seasonal prices.

Convenient location, helpful and friendly staff. Parking arrangements not ideal, and incurs an extra fee. They have few parking slots available in an underground garage, with no option of reserving a spot beforehand. They also provide parking space in a shared, outdoors parking lot. The breakfast buffet was okay, but if you're not a bread and butter person (as my children are not), the selection of alternatives was very disappointing. The selection of cereals (at least the types which were not empty when we ate our breakfast) seemed more aimed at health freaks and people with food allergies than children and most people. The oat meal tasted old and dry, and there was only one type available, with large flakes and marked as "gluten free". Had to find sugar near the tea bags. They had "bran flakes"-like cereal, but not "normal" corn flakes. No room service offerings, expensive restaurant with a difficult selection for picky eaters (like my children). No play room for children, but some toys are available in the entrance hall. Expensive coffee. No free coffee available except during breakfast. I expect coffee to be freely available in a Norwegian hotel. There was some freeze dried coffee available in the room, which is okay in an emergency, but it does not taste proper coffee. I give them four stars mainly because of their friendliness, cleanliness and excellent location.

The room was clean, but worn down. The bathroom door had clear marks of water damage, and the room itself was worn and boring decorated. The breakfast restaurant had worn down carpets and the buffet was very basic. Nice staff, though, but this doesn't help with the overall view of the hotel. Dad, because it's got a good location, not in the middle of the city, but in a quieter area of town.

It is not centrally located but it is fairly convenient to transit and only a short ride into the city center. The rooms are nice and clean. I was there in warm weather which meant having the windows open and was pleasantly surprised that it was relative quiet. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the food was good. I would stay here again.

Have stayed here plenty of times and like many other Scandic Hotels: Its nice, clean, modern decorated, and the breakfast is good. Great for a business stay.

Functional, some rooms on the fitness level great and with balcony terrace.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the metro station and train to get to the airport, a very tasty and varied selection of breakfast dishes. Every day they change the towel and clean the room. Nearby supermarket.

Average Norwegian hotel without surprises. My room was spacious enough to be comfortable (but not more), had a wide desk with power outlets, heated bathroom floor which got flooded by the shower, soap and shampoo (but no conditioner) without MI/MCI or parabens, hair dryer, bed that was not quite soft enough, and duvet with synthetic filling. Big delicious breakfast buffet included in the price. Good location close to train station and shopping area, and within walking distance from walking paths and museums on Bygdøy.

Don’t like leaving bad feedback since the staff was very nice and kind. But even though I was here for only one night, I didn’t enjoy it very much. Perhaps I was just unlucky but I got a room on a third floor which felt old and also smelled a bit old. It was clean and everything tho, but not very cozy. The gym opens also at 7, which for me was too late since I travelled for work. I went to breakfast when it started at 6:30, and seemed like buffe had everything, but some of the foods didn’t feel fresh. Salmon and brie cheese was with dry edges, grapefruit tasted like it was cut 5 days ago.

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The entrance could do with clearer signage and is a bit scruffy, but once you are in that is not a problem.

The hotel is well located close to the train. The room is clean spacious just a bit spoiled in the bathroom. We ate at the restaurant at night a bit expensive but very good, as far as breakfast is hyper full that good products we loved.

Very friendly and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent, and I recommend it to everyone! The restaurant is OK, with different dishes every day of the week. On the other hand, cleanliness could be better, and the room had some flaws (impacts on the door, …).

Probably the only hotel in the Skoyen area, it gets business from all business travelers for the offices near by. Pros: well heated and well placed. Has a mini tuck shop within, you can buy quick bite and drinks/water. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast spread Cons: rooms are small. Most rooms have twin single beds, which is not very useful. The evening restaurant is average with very less options. You can sit there for a drink but look for restaurants around for a good hearty meal. Pics are of places near by, near the Skoyen station.

Decent and clean room, nicely decorated with all essentials, iron with board, HDMI cable, comfy bed. Rich breakfast and friendly stuff. Very close to buses and train station. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mid range family friendly hotel.

Not the best hotel in the Scandic chain. It doesn't give the standard. Disappoints. Poor service, the state of the rooms is better. Breakfast is not up to par.

Quiet Hotel. Very well connected by bus, tram, Metro and train!
Direct line from the airport… and many solutions to go into town… even the city bike is possible!
The hotel is very clean, simple and efficient!
Breakfast is excellent: wide choice of many food all excellent!
We stayed there for three nights and it was a great stay!

I think it's an expensive hotel for the services received. I know it's Norway but still… the rooms are small and everything feels like a budget hotel. Included breakfast was a bit disappointing after couple days.

Quaint room, but was all my wife and I needed. Great location just minutes from Skoyen station. Grocery store and several coffee shops right across the street. Friendly, gracious staff and breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Hotel near the public transport stop for the city centre of Oslo. Breakfast was very good Parking service at 150NOK per day.

Nice hotel, friendly people and a kitchen which is significantly better than in other large hotel " chains"

Had a very pleasant two-night stay here. The room (comfort) was spacious, clean, everything worked, and the kettle and coffee/tea provided were a welcome addition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Due to an early checkout we had to miss breakfast, but we got given complementary sandwiches and smoothies. Generally a very decent hotel, 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location for getting into the city centre while remaining fairly quiet and friendly. Helpful staff who tried really hard to make the stay pleasant. Clean, well-equipped rooms with no noise from neighbours, and a fairly good breakfast bar. Super easy checking in and out. Excellent value for money, and will definitely stay here again!

I liked everything from very friendly and welcomming staff to such small things like shower head :) Breakfast options are just the best ever and comfy bed made our 2 days vacation perfect :)

Good hotel to a stop of train from the Centre of oslo and to 20 min walk of the Park vigeland. Good breakfast, rooms a little old.

We went there with our whole team for a weekend tournament. The hotel was a great value, nice facilities, very nice staff!

Fantastic breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff. For the price you pay (and remembering you are in Norway) it is difficult to fault this hotel in any way. If I was being extremely fussy I might say that the pillows were a little plump but they didn't stop me from having three good nights sleep. Rosaline was absolutely superb and the type of receptionist you deal with in a five star hotel. I unfortunately had my rucksack stolen from the station platform and I can not thank Rosaline enough for helping me. She called the station and lost property on my behalf and directed us perfectly to the correct police station and British embassy the next day.

Very good location. Decent hotel but lot of noise in the night due to the traffic.

Good standard, nice location. The extra beds have hard mattresses (could spend a little bit more on the top mattresses for these beds). Serviceminded personell :-)

A typical Scandic hotel, but with a convenient location outside of the center but near to Bygdøy and Skøyen train station.

The hotel's got a perfect location. Our room was 100% clean, we had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent value for money.

Pretty neat and very central. Premium furniture. 3mins to train station. Almost perfect, but rooms not 100% clean.

Prime location for business traveling, 5 min walk from the train, bus or taxi. The stuff is incredible nice, bed are 50/50 so does the showers and room looks. Insist on getting a room facing the small mall across the street, the city noise is reduced and not that bothering.
