I liked this hotel. Surely recommend it.

Rooms were really hot (not warm) we barely sleep. Beds were small but soft. İt s near to oslo s and that s good. Fridge, microwave, and Washing machine were satisfying to be.

Arrived for a 4 day break to discover that 2 facts this hotel clearly get custom from are incorrect. A, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, only in the lobby and reception which is unbearable. Would have open window if it wasn't for the fact our room was on level with a noisy balcony been used by everyone else and local properties looking directly in to our room. B, This hotel is no where near the city centre, at a minimum 30-40 minute walk! Which at night is not recommended as many other reviews have clearly stated. Now on to our stay. On arrival our room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 3.40 pm and was placed some where else. The bed is the worse I've ever slepted in and wasn't a double at all, room very small and never cleaned though out our stay. We had to find the cleaner for clean towels etc. I appreicate that we only stayed for 3 nights, but this disappointing hotel had no excuse for been so unorganised and providing false information to the customer on their location and facilities. You do not have AC and you are not near city centre! Having hardly slepted on the pass 3 nights due to the awful bed and heat I'm very glad to be returning home today. This hotel has ruined my break and was a waste of money.

This and best western and city apartments all are like different buildings same reception and same management hotels and apartments. We stayed as a couple one night in the single studio and one night in the single room. Everything is clean and new expect the TV's. Giving 3 star because I probably would have taken up something closer to Oslo s station. This place is close to toyen metro but the metros don't run early morning — which is what we needed and therefore had to run around looking for the right bus or tram stop … But yeah if dragging my suitcase wasn't an issue I would have given this more stars …

Immature, careless management that has no clue of what they are dealing with! The two rooms I have been offered are both dirty and filthy and absolutely no maintenance is carried out. I didn't take a picture of the flooded shower drain this morning because I was already late dealing with a useless iron and dirty iron board. Whoever is in charge of this should be sacked with immediate effect, no excuses. When complaining to the manager he told me that this is one of the best locations in Oslo? I doubt, I have got better, more clean and well maintained hotel rooms in Oslo for half the price of this dirty place.

Compared to Norwegian prices this hotel is convenient. The rooms are a little small. Clean. Nice staff.

Fab little self contained apartments which worked amazingly well for my friend and I with our children
It gave us our own little kitchens with bedrooms and bathrooms too
With food being rather pricey in Oslo it was brilliant to be able to make pack lunch for our day of exploring and dinner when we got back to our hotel
Beds are comfy and the heating works well
Located right by the metro so made getting around really easy & just a 5 minute walk was a park for the kids to play.
Also a bakers, supermarket & a couple of other shops located close by.

I used to sleep in this hotel for a week. It was a pretty good experience. Service in room wasn't the best (clean the room)

The room was clean, tidy and warm. But in the bar prices "wild"

Really clean. Great facilities. Nice ensuite and also provided kettle, coffee and fridge. No English Breakfast Tea but this is rarely available abroad anyway. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Even though Oslo is an expensive city, the restaurant was reasonably priced and really good food.

It was nice for it's price perfect for couples, some rooms provided even cooker and microwave so if you don't want to spend money by eating out it can be a good alternative. Breakfast cca £15

Cheaters, cleaning fee higher than staying fee, when you booking more days from them you getting double cleaning fee and do not receive it. When I registered in there was 3 group of people who complain about 3 different problem. Don't book there.

My most beautiful holiday, Norway! Hotel clean, hot (too! ). Very friendly staff, prices feasible considering the Norwegian average. Metro two steps away. Recommended!

The hotel is clean and includes all necessary emenities at best price. The only thing missing is the price doesn't include unless it is booked separately at the time of booking. Breakfast costs 149 NOK per person which I think is very expensive. The rooms have a fridge, cooking place and microwave and the grocery stores are near by, if you can buy breakfast at the nearest store this hotel is the best option in the city.

Well located near the Troyen Metro. If you take the proper exit through a tunnel to the left you arrive right away — if not the GPS will make you give a good lap we got a room that smelled of snuff but after claiming we got a superior.

Really, really great. Very quiet, very large rooms. Good amenities. A restaurant on the first floor. Convenient parking. Convenient location. DVD player in the room. Not the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in, but one of the very best.

Staff is good. Room is clean. But, it is a little noisy if you stay at lower floor.

Good location in subway area. We had a double room with kitchen (2 people, 3 nights). For whatever reason there was no room service all the 3 days… Reception was very friendly & was on our room request (balcony). Room was tidy but did not invite to linger for longer.

Good location, quiet, near the Munch Museum, the Botanical Garden, Natural History Museum, a park and a subway station. Clean room and bathroom, both with heated floors, room has a mini kitchen and a small fridge.

The accommodation was quite good. The place is very near to public transport as well. The area has few grocery store, if required.

Clean and with appropriately modern fitness fittings and finish. The kitchenette is a nice touch, and overall the price was more than worth it. Only issue would be that some of the rooms show clear wear and tear which seems not to have been fixed for a while.

TV channels quality is not the best.

Perfect place to live in. Rooms are clean with good environment around.

The staff are really friendly. Rooms were adequately equipped and in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again.
