Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has seen better days. Luggage rack on room was almost broken/worn out. Toilet roll holder was held together with electricians tape. It looks as though this establishment is due for a complete refurbishment rather than just a coat of paint. Location is excellent.

Hotel a bit dated but with a retro charm all its own particularly noticeable in the old wing. Very hot in summer. Very friendly staff.

Even if this hotel is not five stars, but I put five out of the staff, nice nice people, a young lady who was at the reception in general above all praise. Suddenly her guide to this review will be read, then from12.08 to 13.08 this girl worked. Breakfast without frills but very nice, dense, not bad dessert, in general I would recommend this hotel well about prices as always do not know.

Perfect location in the middle of Lillehammer, great breakfast and good relaxing beds. Best stay in Lillehammer.

Excellent location in Lillehammer and the staff is very helpful and understanding plus goes to great lengths to help the guests. We have been here before and not had any problems. Unfortunately, this time we got a poorly cleaned room which included clothes on the floor from previous guests plus other items. They mended that and upgraded us to a suite, but that had no venting system and only one window which could be barely opened. With the high temperatures the last days the room was like a sauna and we only barely made it livable through using several big fans going all the time. They really need to get a working AC system in this hotel. Hoping this was a one time thing as this place has always served our expectations previously. Breakfast was as always good with more than enough to select from.

Poor, run-down, hotel badly in need of major refurbishment. Furniture in rooms was worn and grubby. Evening food was appalling with very little choice. Breakfast slightly better, but 'hot' food almost cold. In mid-June, no proper bar open, receptionist served limited drinks from reception. Wine served from Hardys wine box! All in all a bit of a dump!

The hotel is right on the pedestrian zone of Lillehammer. The room was very clean and comfortable. The small shower cubicle in the bathroom is a joke!

Very good breakfast. Super central location and quiet. Room not up-to-date. Bed good and bathroom is renovated. But everything is clean.

Quite rundown and dated, the rooms are basic but clean and the location is good right in the town center 5 min walk from the station.

Conference rooms were a little bit outdated, but the service was great.

Hotel looks like from 1960s, still nice view on the city from the top floors.

I only know the meal, varied and abundant buffet.

Expensive but in the Center, with gym and a good restaurant. The single rooms are very small.
