I was really happy to stay this lovely place, cosy like home. If I travel back to Lofoten, I am sure to stay at Eliassen Rorbuer.

The reception help from Linnea has been superb. The cabin is clean and may be the largest living space here. There’s no reason to chase lights around, they come to you here. It’s a great location to drive to and from the other islands. I picked a winner staying here and hope to return.

Very bad smell coming from the bathroom, without windows. Dirty kitchen and there isn't place to put clothes.

Excellent view for northern lights.

It was the perfect spot/base for us to regain the energy during our long journey from the South to the North of Norway! They got well-equipped huts with all the daily needs and a great bed. Perfect for a couple or a family (up to 6 persons in the basic huts). Hut nr. 29 is awesome ;) All the best recommendations from here. And they got a new app for the check in/out.

Beautiful Cabin, very well located. We found it perfectly clean and with everything we needed. All Perfect.

Very cozy place. Prices are still Norway but actually not too bad. Friendly, helpful staff. We happened upon a nice jazz festival they have there in the end of April.

A group of traditional style red cabins, as well as apartments, on the waters edge in Hamnoy village, very close to Reine. The one restaurant was closed when we visited, it was Norway Day. Harbour on one side and open water and big mountains on the other.

3.5 points Advantage: the rooms and buildings are very beautiful, the hotel itself has a good restaurant to eat (and also the best restaurant nearby) disadvantages: room power is not stable will jump electricity, water heaters are storage type, two of people wash bath hot water on the run out, the third person to wash half cooling, to wait a while to wash, This limited hot water is pretty bad in winter!
In addition, although the hotel has repeatedly appeared in postcards and travels, but living in the cabin view is not good (the most beautiful hotel living in the inside of course not), photography enthusiasts live in the opposite of the scenery is better, and the opposite of the view there is a very flat dock convenient to take pictures The real good view is on the right side of the hotel on the bridge!

Awesome and cosy guesthouses. Great view. Very comfortable and with kitchen. Great experience for friends, families and couples. Highly recommended. One night there was a huge snow storm with high winds. The cabin stazed warm and it was very cosy. They provide a shovel and a snow remover for the car.

Spacious and tidy cabins with great views of the ocean and mountains. The kitchen is well-equipped for making your own meals and the rooms are reasonable size. During off season around October, you can have the place for yourself without bumping into another tourist. While it's generally rainy, you get breaks from the cloud and enjoy fantastic rainbows and views. The restaurant in this complex is top notch. It's quite expensive, but that's to be expected in Norway. The cabin we stayed in was right next to a sea gull colony which was quite lovely. Be prepared to pay extra for cleaning the cabin or you can do it yourself. Overall, it's one of my favourite places in Lofoten. Highly recommended.

Well furnished! I rent a double bed room. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom are large. There also offer many free food material such as pepper, oil, salt, sugar, coco powder… etc. They are really thoughtful!

Around perfect very helpful staff.

The place is awesome, cozy little house with spectacular view, would love to spend my whole life in such place. However, the password is too easy for some kids to break and open our door…

Lovely cosy cabins — try to get cabins 1-4 for optimal views. Facilities are clean and adequate, with free laundry (provide your own soap) in a boathouse on the property. Incredible location — scenery is amazing, and a delicious fish burger at Anita's Seafood is just a short walk away. Rent bikes and ride or drive to Reine for excellent coffee at Bringen.

Eliassen Rorbuer is such a great place. Nice cozy and clean fisherman cabins with everything you need! We stayed there for 4 nights and had a wonderful time with northern lights and a massiv storm directly in front of our window! Such a realxing athmosphere. The bed are comfortable, the shower provides unlimited warm water and the kitchen is fixed even to back a fresh fished fish. We had an amazing time there! I would recommend you to get a cabin on the westside directly at the water.

Cabin 22 is very modern, very comfortable, and has great views west over the fjord. Very nice staff, very helpful with good suggestions. Super.

Lovely views, nice accommodation, but plenty of other places around that are less busy, so you can have more solitude.

Stunning, beatiful surroundings, nice people and sustainably as philosophy & waste management in the kitchen. Incredible fishing and photo opportunities beside hiking, bicycling and boat trips.

Great spot with amazing views and access to anywhere you want to go via bus. You can also walk to Reine, but it takes about an hour. I also recommend Anita's Seafood place on Sakrisøy if you get hungry on the way! We cooked up some of their salmon and had a few of their treats. It was all delicious! Be sure to stop by the bakery at Å and the beaches at Ramberg.

Very kind reception and hosts, kindly offering us activity ideas and offering information. After a short wait we were picked up from the Moskenes ferry station (make sure to call them to let them know you are there, sometimes the ferry arrives ahead of schedule — also the van ride to the hotel is not free, but still cheaper than renting your own car if you only want to get to Hamnøy). There is a nearby reataurant, a nice place to get fish in nearby Sakrisøy, and more ample groceries in Reine. Location is amazing, highly recommended!

Beautiful fishing village that is friendly to many languages. The staff is very friendly offering many local restaurants, activities, and advice for exploring the lofoten islands. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Staff is truly excellent and accommodating. We had a number of mishaps throughout the stay which the staff rectified with ease and hospitality. The on-site restaurant is great. Cabins are warm and spacious. Make sure to buy some food at the store as you arrive, though, since things close early and if you don't have stuff you won't be able to get it until the next day (Hint: beer! )

We spent two nights in January 2015, fabulous place, feels like in a fairy tale. Neat, cozy and situated in a dream. I recommend everyone to visit the Lofoten Islands at least once in their lifetime.

I stayed at Eliassen for 3 nights with friends, during a trip in the beautiful Lofoten Islands at the end of agosto. The resort consists of typical houses of fishermen, called Rorbuer, completely refurbished. The bungalow was equipped with everything you need and well furnished. The staff was very kind giving us a ride from the nearby harbor of Moskenes, one of the main of the islands. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, fabulous. Not so far away there is a supermarket and on the road adjacent to the camping there is the bus stop that connects the villages of the Lofoten islands. In the nearby village of Reine, about 5km, you can take the boat to hike the stunning fjord. Absolutely recommended.

Lovely place to stay in, cozy and with full amenities… There's a nice restaurant within the compound too! Oh, did I mention the amazing view you'd get of the fjords right from your cabin?!

Beautiful location. Not fancy but super clean and functional. Hostel has a great vibe and has a lot of resources. Located near everything but pretty isolates. Bikes to use and free boats. Really nice restaurant that is cozy and simple.

The cabins (at least the no. 19) are in perfect conditions. The surroundings are astonishing.
