Here for second time having to quarantine with no other option last time after numerous requests they ignored my complaints about the food and only gave me 1 small carton of juice per day I have been quarantined in other hotels which were a lot better than this.

The staff is the best here… very well seasoned and over the top most of the time. They even had a fan in my room and the temperature set exactly how I like it before I checked in. They are not a revolving door for staff… They remember me and our team members upon return and we remember them too because of their courteous professionalsm, friendliness, and care. The renovated rooms are very nice, which are on the quarantine side of the hotel. If it weren't for Covid, the rest would have already been done. The restaurant is currently on partial operation, but, when they are in full swing, there is a fantastic menu and service. And a "Helluva" great breakfast bar
When in full swing, the hotel is a place for evening social gatherings for both groups and individuals, and they put on some great special events. When we have conferences here they are the cutting score to beat
This is my home on the road, the best choice in town and the whole area.

Helpful and fast check in when we arrived super late after a long days driving. And we were in for a treat with comfy beds and a big bathroom. Topped it up with a delicious breakfast before we hit the road again. Defnitely coming back and will recommend to anyone needing a good night sleep and good breakfast. Happy summer.

I've been here for a week and it wasn't hot water, so that's the Norwegian precision.

Great experience! The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the food is good!

Horrible, worst food ever and service. Cant believe one is meant to be breakfast and the other is lunch, and im being forced to pay for this. Dont recommend this establishment to anyone, having the worst time, and rude receptionist to top it off.
Ps. Dont believe that this is meant to be the best breakfast in any country.

I have not ever been in any Scandic hotel, or any other hotel in Scandinavia with this fantastic breakfast and dinner buffe, here is it a must for other hotel manager’s to go and learn, fantastic, wonderful, superb, genius. Best in test and wonderful pepole work here, I love it, if possible it is a 10 star hotel.

Nice rooms. Good service. There was also sockets to charge our car :) the breakfast was fantastic ♥. We also tried he pool and sauna. All in all a very good hotel.

Close to the airport with pool and rooms for dogs are allowed. The breakfast is on off the best in Norway in hotels. 3 place 2017 twinings hotel breakfast competition covering all hotels in Norway. It got swimming pool and lots of parking places available, it's close to the airport 5 to 10 min walking distance, and there is car transfer from hotel to airport. It is probably the best hotell in Stjørdal/Hell.

Friendly hotel with clean rooms. Beds nice and comfortable. Especially like the rooftop indoor pool, sauna and gym with their amazing views. Breakfast choices are vast in the accompanying Restaurant Amelia, accessed from the foyer area. The dinner buffet is not to be missed! Large bar area consisting of a terraced section looking towards the hotel foyer, or a rear area with panoramic windows looking in the Trondelag direction. Hotel location is a short 10 minute walk from the airport and train line into Trondheim city centre takes appx 30 minutes. Small shopping centre and supermarket nearby for supplies too.

It's a huge, spacious and comfortable place with lots of conference rooms to occupy for training, or whatever other purposes. Amazing and beautiful. It is also close to the airport.

Nice hotel with a faboulus breakfast and dinner buffet. Close proximity to airport (walking distance). The have shuttle service om weekdays. Fairly large rooms. Professionel and polite staff.

The lunch is simply fantastic. A great variety of different foods and desserts. The meeting room we used was ok in size but really bad ventilation. No possibility to even open a window to get some fresh air. Location is OK, since it's just a five minute walk from the airport. So good for attending a daily meeting.

Scandic hotel Hell is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The lobby is huge and feels so very open. There are countless places to sit down and talk with other people. There are many rooms and the hallways are wide and the track is easy to remember. My only flaw vould be that the rooms in the East half of the building are a little hard to get to.

What an amazing hotel. Room was comfortable, there was a little bar where we bought a few drinks right before closing and then went to chill in the lounge on sofas. But the best thing about this hotel was the breakfast! Oh my oh my that's a spread I will never forget! Never rever! There was so much choice, all kinds of fruits, fish, croissants, bread, eggs… every single breakfast item you can possibly imagine on your plate was there for the taking and it was so tasty too. Breakfast was included in the price that we paid and I thought that was a great perk because spending a night there is on the pricier side. So yes they better had include that wonderful all you can eat breakfast buffet lol.

We stay in a suite, pretty view but the door to the balcony didn't close good so if the wind blow u hear a whistle all the time. Not clean under the couch from long ago. Close to airport and train station. Nice Restaurant and service.

It's a great hotel. Clean, cozy, provided conditions for people with disabilities. The mega kitchen is delicious!

Nice hotel even name in English sounds really weird. Good breakfast, free parking. Strange room setup: two single sheets in king-size bed, no toalet brush. Little bit noisy from the railway nearby.

There was a lot of nice food at the buffe. It tasted pretty good.

Here for two nights, no jug in room a minus there. Small room and smaller bathroom, we'll see what the morning brings, quiet no sounds of aeroplanes, Buffet amazing, hotel catered to our group for breakfast as we were leaving early, plus for that. Long way from Trondheim though.

I've never paid so much for a hotel room and been so disappointed — the rest of the hotel was very nice, food and staff were great. No issues with the room specifically, just dated and poor quality decor/furnishings, Oh and a view onto an extractor fan chimney.

Best hotel I've stayed in. Breakfast buffet included, room was excellent and staff were very friendly and good English speakers. Overall an amazing 1st time in Norway.

A beautiful hotel, with a nice reception and common area. We stayed in a nice economy room which had a good beds and a fine bathroom. The breakfast was superb! Sadly, we did not have time to check out the other facilities.

Very modern and spacious public areas, bar having fine views. Food was pleasant and varied. Room was comfortable clean and well set out. There was only one drawback for us in that we only had an inward facing window and missed out on the views. The window was small and so the room was dark. Otherwise all was well.
