The worst customer service ever!
The campground uses Booking. Com which in this case has resulted in double — booking/ charge of stay. Have been in contact with the campsite twice in retrospect and have not been away in such poor customer service ever. They agree that booking. Com does not work optimally, but is not at all interested in returning payment for unused rooms. More important to get coverage for that one night, than to think that it could result in income in the long run…

Parked our caravan outside. Went in and asked if it was possible to only use the payed shower without staying for the night, was told to get lost by the staff after he called us homeless and acused us of using the bathrooms before we went in the reception. Really uncomfortable situation that left us stunned. Stay away!
