However, one guest experienced unprofessionalism regarding the confirmation of a prepaid voucher, which delayed the check-in process.

Reviews of the hotel breakfast are mixed. Many guests praise the freshly baked bread and the overall quality of the dishes, describing the breakfast as fantastic. At the same time, others note a poor selection of cold cuts and a general lack of variety, considering the breakfast to be too simple.

The hotel restaurant has received very high ratings for food quality and service. Guests particularly recommend the mushroom soup, fish dishes (specifically the Arctic char), and the wild boar stew. Additionally, the hotel operates its own microbrewery with an excellent selection of craft beers and tasting sets. Despite the general praise, one guest was dissatisfied with the quality of dinner, noting excessive oil in a fish dish and overpriced drinks.

The soundproofing at the hotel is rated poorly; guests complain about hearing neighbors' conversations and noise in the corridors, particularly the sound of electronic locks closing. Some noted that noise from the entrance doors or adjacent rooms disturbs their sleep. Furthermore, one guest reported loud noise from a tractor that clears snow directly under the windows every morning around 6:00 AM, causing vibrations and humming.

Opinions on the rooms are divided. Some guests found them clean and modern with comfortable beds. Others complained about mattresses that were too soft, uncomfortable hard pillows, and worn-out furniture, specifically mentioning a broken toilet brush and holes in the walls. Issues were also mentioned regarding windows that are difficult to open and noisy heating radiators.

The quality of cleaning has raised concerns: guests noted that cleaning is performed sporadically—for example, only on the fifth day of their stay. Some reviews mentioned stains on the sheets, trash left in bins by previous guests, and a specific "musty" smell in the rooms and hallway. It was also noted that the provided towels are very small and hygiene products are limited to a universal 3-in-1 set.

The rooms feature shower cabins, some of which are equipped with underfloor heating. Guests noted the presence of openable windows as a positive feature. However, some rooms lack wardrobes for clothing.
