I booked Nermo for a 3 day get away with my company, a leading speaker agency in Norway. We were 25 professionals gathered, and had "the full package" at Nermo. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we were perfectly taken care of by the Nermo family and the hotel crew. Food was excellent, meeting facilities super and the hotel atmosphere and personal service perfect for our needs. We will come back!
Fine hotel, was there in september 2025. Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpfull. Overall the staff was very hospitable.

Excellent service.
Rooms were great. Very comfy beds. Fan didn't seem to work in the bathroom though.
Breakfast was great.
Sauna, little gym, ski store were excellent.
Lovely fire in the foyer.
Children running up and down the corridors aren't the best when sleeping as it is an old suspended timber floor building so can hear every footstep.
Be careful if you ask for transfer pick up, they are not included in your price.
The 'ski in' is very treacherous. It is a very steep, thin and icey walkway. Not for amatuers. We didn't get to 'ski out'.
For the bus download ENtur for live times. We learned later on the buses are free with your ski pass. The buses seemed to be hourly.
Was about a 20min walk to Spar and restaurants downhill.
