One of the nicest place to raise our tents so far. There are many beautiful places in the vincinity to discover, most notable the Hivjufossen waterfalls.
The owner of the camp site are helpful and will guide you around if there any special needs or problems you might have.

They let you book a hut through booking. Com on dates where the campsite is closed, owner claimed he would refund us for the mistake but now he does not respond to our messages and apparently will gladly keep the money we paid. 👎 False advertising at best, borderline scam at worst.

Simple, yet good campsite and great cabins (hyttes).
Toilets and kitchen were simpe yet clean and with powerful warm showers (you will need some Kroner coins)
Owner was wonderful and welcoming; also for checking in after opening hours of the reception. Paying was also very easy.
You can take a nice walk to the natural area which is practically around the corner of the campsite.
Hytte was wel equipped and clean, so loved my stay there.
